和同事出差 當地客户推薦的酒店 靠近客户公司以及海邊 交通方便 景色很美 店員服務態度也很好 床舒服 早餐也很豐盛

Hotel is not the same anymore. The pillows are very bad. They used to have a guard at the entrance of the parking lot, not anymore. Shower door does not really close and water gets all over the floor.

The quality of the bedding and bed pillows was the worst the room wasn’t clean or the carpet is too old and smells I call the front desk to ask for other pillows never replaced

This is one of the best hotels I stay in 2023 within USA and Mexico.
The entire staff in the hotel is exceptional and they did the extra mile to accommodate all my needs in my business trip.
Also, the food during my breakfast
was delicious.

There was cockroaches in my room and they have to change me the room, and the one they give me, it wasn't really clean

Rooms were decent but dirty smelling, need to be more clean, especially the bathrooms, showers they should pay more attention to that and foul smelling towels, 2 good stars cause price and location was good

What I like the most was the attention from all the crew, front desk people were very helpful all the time and transportation security guys were also very kind and ready to give us a ride. I could tell they are a family as a hotel personnel and not independent workers, they made us feel safe, the buffet was good as well and the kitchen manager was around making sure everything was good. I had a very pleasant stay over there, would love to stay again in the future if I happen to visit Hermosillo. Thanks
