I didn't like the fact it was labeled wonderful when it was opposite. Rooms falling apart. And there was a tick or bed bug or something on my bed.

Was a very acceptable property for a 1 night stopover. Nothing fancy, but a good,affordable place to sleep. Room was big, clean and quiet. Staff all very pleasant.

The price was good. The statement: "price you pay is what you get", is true! The room was not the cleanest. Cob webs in corners, walls dirty (need to be painted). Window did not shut all the way. Bed appeared to be clean! Bath towels way to Small. Front desk, very nice!

Some of furnishings need replacement: mattress, desk chair, carpet. Virtually no breakfast, minimal coffee.

Everything was good but, it needs to be renovated. The floors and walls need to be worked on and new mattresses are needed. Other than that it is great hotel.

Property showed severe signs of ageing and wear, soiled upholstery on chair in my room. Breakfast was a joke, someone had gone to the grocery store and purchased a limited quantity of english muffins, danishes and muffins, and dumped it all on a table unpacked. Also no cream for the terrible coffee.

The place is infested with roaches. Under the refrigerator, in the bathroom, under the night stand, under the bed. They are everywhere. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall. I was snagged by the frame of the mirror as I walked into the room. I could hear everything in the adjacent rooms. The floor was filthy, not just dirty and the place stinks.

I liked the location of the property, because it was at the end of a less-frequently traveled road, and therefore was quiet. There were several restaurants located nearby Parking was convenient. Furnishings were adequate. I felt some areas in the bathroom could have been cleaner.

It needs updating! Floors are worn out, light fixtures missing because new bulbs won’t fit unless you leave the covers off. Owner needs to invest money back into the hotel.
