Accessible, near public transport. The size is good. Casual and the breakfast is good.

Sooo amazing hotel. There are awesome breakfast and the staff is nice and kind. I’m so lucky to stay in this hotel. Such a wonderful trip because of the comfortable place. I’m so satisfied about the place and the service is awesome too! I hoped check in early and they told me it’s okay. So… thank you !

Pretty comfortable location to stay in the city. Hotel is quite old , room was clean

The good was fine, the place itself was pretty good. There is an elevator which is inportant. The staff were friendly.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is adequate and reasonable.

Spent two nights at Hotel Anna. Receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple and nice. The hotel is a bit old, situated at the design district, close to tram 1 and 3. Got a grocery store and a few restaurants at door step.

Un hotel con ambiente familiar, con detalles como un paraguas a disposición, pava eléctrica y demás. Ha sido muy grato.

酒店環境舒適，清潔。提供微波爐餐具可供房間內進食。早餐選擇多，除咖啡，檸檬茶還提供多款不同味道的綠茶配其他配搭，更有英式紅茶供選擇。職員態度親切，詳細講解我們的須要，建議不同路線到達景點。幫忙安排預約的士。酒店外更有多間餐廳，酒吧，超級市場非常方便。步行15分鐘左右就可到達市集廣場及其他觀光景點。

トラム3番線からのアクセスが良く、最寄りの停留所から1ブロックほどの距離で市内観光には最適の場所でした。 近くにはレストラン、カフェが複数あるのでホテル近くの食事にも困りません。 スーパーも同じく近くにあります。 朝早くの飛行機でとりあえず荷物を置かせてもらおうと8時ごろ着いたのですが、すぐ部屋を準備してくれました。 受付の方はとても親切に対応してくれます。 部屋はとても清潔です。 私の宿泊は12/14でしたが外は既にかなりの雪が積もっていて気温は昼でも-7℃ほどでした。 部屋はパネルヒーターが設置してあり、十分暖かく快適でした。夜は暑いと思うほどです。 大通りや、トラムの道路には面していないので夜は静かに休む事ができました。 朝食はシンプルで必要十分という感じです。 パン、ヨーグルト、シナモンロール、フレーク、サラダ、ベーコン、スクランブルエッグ、フルーツなどがありました。 次回もまた利用したいと思いました。

場所は中央駅よりはやや距離がありますが、それ以外は良かったです

房間比較小，但佈置得很合理得當，衞生良好。老式電梯，需自己打開電梯門。早餐還行。
