Staff of front desk is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is standard. However, the hotel is dated and need renovation.

Same old Wingate and owners, new paint.
Shower handle fell off.
Ar check-in i was told the TV probably wont work and something about turning off the AC will keep the room reasonable.
All mew Marriott eh, ha.

They are having problems with the AC as well as the TVs in King bed rooms but front desk was friendly.

Our experience was unfortunately less than awesome! Our original room had a bathroom door that did not close properly & the window had been warped from heat. Unfortunately, it was an extremely cold weekend and the gap between the window and the frame was allowing cold air in constantly. The first morning we woke up, the hot water was not hot and luke warm at best. The final straw for us to ask for a room change were the ants that were crawling in the bathroom and near the closet.
The staff was wonderful in attempting to help, but she was new and was not able to do much. The room we were relocated to was fine, but except the door did not close or lock properly… we tried to be very understanding as we realize the temperatures were horrible and unusual, but the original room was not acceptable at any time of year and should not have been in use.
Definitely will not return ☹️…

Room was clean and quiet.
temperature control was not good and I let front desk know.....I was told that during renovations some of the thermostats were wired backwards.

The building was cold from the temperature of the room, the ice cold water in the pool and the fact that there was not hot water for a shower. My daughter turned purple because of how cold the pool was and when she tried to warm up by taking a shower, she froze even more.

Location was a little rough due to the rental property behind the motel we also had problems with the room, breakfast was not very good, most of the exterior doors didn't work so you had to prop the door to keep from getting locked out

I called and asked ahead of time asked if they had a hot tub and pool they said yes but failed to mention the hot tub was drained and not working and the pool was freezin we asked them to turn the heat up on the pool so the next day it would be warm they assured me it would be the next day / night it was still freezing. One of the reasons to stay there was because of hot tub and pool, very disappointed. No tv guide to show channels had to flip through all of them. Went to get their chocolate milk to take to room it was froze solid..alot of little things that i could of enjoyed..
Probably will never stay there again
