I did stay in this hotel many times before without issues. It looks that after a name change, and maybe under new management, they lost all sense of business ethic and can’t be trusted when comes to reservations. I arrived recently to this hotel with group of coworkers - all with confirmed bookings that we had made over a month earlier via FCM. Three of us did not get a room - they saw them in their system, but they did not protect enough available rooms to meet accepted bookings. We arrived relatively early - around 9PM. They sent us to some 3rd tier family hotel 7 miles away. Between three of us, we have around 70 years of work/travel experience, and none of us experienced situation like this before. Stay away from this “hotel”, they are extremely unprofessional and do not apply standard practices established by the hospitality industry.
