The library had interesting books, decor of room and toilet with shower was quite nice. It is a good place to stay. It had coffee and tea in the room with boiler and Drying hair device. Tv and WiFi was there. It is close to centrum.

Service was great. Location close to the city centre and the train station.

Goed gesitueerd. Wel verouderde kamers. Kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Und vor allem sehr freundliches Personal.

Service was goed. Kamer compleet. Ontbijt goed verzorgd en ruime keus. Helaas hadden wij de Kamer boven de Irish Pub. Dat is knap waardeloos. Tot 4.00 uur geen oog dicht gedaan. Ondanks ramen dicht ventilator aan, ook geen airco, en was erg warm....Deze kamers boven de pub zouden eigenlijk nuet gebruikt moeten worden......

A good hotel, clean, and small rooms. Worth the money - especially if you don't spent too much time in your room. Common rooms are quite and good places to sit as well. Dead centre in Heerlen and thus close to grab a bite in the city, and close to the station.

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but new and clean. My only complaint: there were not enough electrical outlets to charge our phones and no outlets at the desk for a laptop. The staff was amazing and breakfast was very good.

Ontbijt was zeer matig. Om 10 uur (ontbijt was tot 12) was er weinig meer over. Douchegordijn was vies. Geheel was voldoende. Kamers waren schoon. Bed was goed. Personeel was vriendelijk. We hebben er maar één nachtje geslapen. Parkeergarage was om de hoek.

Stayed here with Goldcrest coach trip,the room had two single beds pushed together you fell through the middle if you tried to cuddle your partner,could barely walk around the bed.Wardrobe was about 12 inches wide so we lived out of the suitcase,minimal tea coffee facilities,bathroom looked like something out of a prison. Continental breakfast was nice that's the only good thing I can say. Didn't enjoy stay. Wouldn't stay here again.

We came to this hotel as part of a Christmas Market coach trip so didn't choose it ourselves, for a three night stay, after reading the reviews wasn't l looking forward to it. But the hotel was lovely, a lovely building it was cosy and welcoming inside, the lady at reception that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor at the front overlooking the street, it was clean, with twin beds. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the room was warm, tea and coffee making facilities too. A small bathroom with shower that was lovely and hot. We only ate breakfast there in a lovely large dining room the breakfast was continental and had plenty of choice. Any member of staff we met was friendly and helpful.Comfy beds, hot shower, good breakfast, that's all you need from a hotel and the Tulip had it.

Room small but ok for sleeping purpose (witch is my only need ^^) Only remark is the temperature a bit low despite the heater and heating circulation noisy However location is ideal right in the city center Bad thing / car park (Qpark) extremely expensive with no Hotel discount

First they put me in room 330 which a bad smelling "room"of which i think it was a storage room before. TV hangs 30 degrees to the right, but it is really the bad smell that put me off. After the complaint they öffer"to spray the room which an odeur spray. As if the bad smeels diappears which is B.S. So I asked for another room and was shown room 315 also not really "freshly"smelling. They gave me the choice to take this üpgraded room"for extra CHARGE or stay at 330. I gave choose for money back as I already paid the room.. This was not possible as if they paid it back *********** would probably charge my card. So I stayed to experience sheets that were to small for the bed, a terrible pillow and a shower which one of the sliding doors malfunctioned. Of course I survived it but NEVER AGAIN, avoid this place although it is in a great area. When I complaint I got a call back from the Hotel in which they agreed on the complaints but made no effort to compensate me. Unworthy to be called service call. Philip

Nice hotel in the old city center. Staff was nice and friendly. You can park your car in a public garage just around the corner. Quite some bars and restaurants around the hotel, but be aware that they are closed on Mondays.
