The place was a bit overly priced for 106 pounds the bathroom tiles were not clean under my bed were toys for children meaning the place wasn't cleaned well before I got there ,the room was extremely cold the heating was not working no one on front office when I went down ,no complimentary toothpaste, brush bath robe slippers ,having worked in hospitality this is not anywhere near 4 stars

I’d say the only things I didn’t like is that they ran out of food and the rooms are way too dark no main light in the rooms just a desk lamp, corner lamp and two bed side lamps. Would be nice if they have a room light

Was a average stay, you have to pay extra to use facilities the site doesn't tell you that, meals are basic so not worth staying for

Nice room, however there was a lound knocking/pounding noise consistently throughout the night which kept me awake. Doors bang closed. Needs to be updated a bit.

Tired hotel. 3rd stay in 4 months ,booked 2 rooms and moved rooms twice. Needs updating. Only one towel per room apparently company policy. Got extra towel at reception. Breakfast/bar staff good.

Yes it was clean and yes the receptionist and bar staff were friendly, the problems relate to the room.
a) The ground floor is open to Joe public who use the Gym and Pool and there is no system to bar them from entering the floors where the rooms are located.
b) The room was so gloomy, decorated in dark striped wallpaper with minimal lighting, coupled with an inoperative a/c unit and inadequate radiator; and a cold towel radiator in the bathroom.
Definitely a room to be morose in!
