VOYA Boutique Hotel

Had such an amazing experience here. The hospitality was phenomenal, food was amazing and the hotel is absolutely beautiful and super aesthetically pleasing. We went for my birthday and all the staff took care of us so wonderfully we are definitely going back!!

My mother and I stayed at VOYA during the New Year's festive season and want to express our appreciation to the hotel and staff for making our experience unforgettable. VOYA is not only externally stunning, but also perfectly maintained and distinguished inside. We have been to several countries, and VOYA counts as one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. All of our meals were great, our room was always spotless, and returning to the hotel after a long day of touring always felt like a warm welcome home. It was also my birthday during this time and I will remember the details and attention paid, forever. Thank you VOYA. I highly recommend staying here for a quieter, suburban refuge while still being in Havana. We'll be back!

From the first contact to the last Caiparinha at the bar, the staff at The Voya were awesome! Every little detail was conveyed to us prior to arriving which ensured we were fully prepared for our upcoming adventure. The front desk staff, which we liked to call the "ladies in red" were consummate hosts. Their dedication and desire to ensure our stay was perfect was most appreciated! The bar and restaurant staff were cut from the same cloth as the ladies in red, and their enthusiastic smile was always a welcome sight when returning from a long tour. The facility was recently renovated and exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay again if I ever visit Cuba again!

I am the founder and travel host of Live Be Do. We hosted 2 groups here in March. The great service and attention to detail made us feel like celebrities. I've been traveling to Havana for 7 years and this is by far the best place in the city for US travelers.

Experience was top class from beginning to end. Extraordinary, special hotel with immaculate decor, cleanliness and intimate setting in the heart of Havana. I travel often and Voya will certainly have set a high standard for me having to compare to other hotel’s in future. The team of staff were just fantastic, so professional, but yet so welcoming and accommodating for all our needs. I strongly advise anyone traveling to Havana to book at Voya, you will not regret your decision! Another highlight is their restaurant and secret garden dining facility, very well priced for the quality. The food/menu also 5 star. Well constructed menu with special options from breakfast, snacks to full on exclusive dining. We stayed 6 nights and could easily have had every meal just at Voya. We did dine out on occasion at some of the top listed restaurants in Havana, but we still preferred Voya over all. Even if you are not staying at Voya, it will be worth booking for breakfast, lunch or dinner for this fabulous experience! I would like to thank the team at Voya who made our experience unforgettable! We will certainly be seeing you again!

Best experience. This hotel has probably been the best customer service that I’ve received in all my years of international travel. I loved the free breakfast and how filling it was, It was so good that I was willing to risking my flight just to eat one more breakfast by them. The staff are so kind, hospitable, and thoughtful. On top of that, every time I would ask my question on WhatsApp, they responded immediately, So I was able to ask them to book car transportation for me from one place to another while out in Cuba, and whatever else I needed. Just a very great experience, I believe the hotel you picked can impact your trip, and this hotel did positively.

私達が事前にネットで調べた情報は、この国に来て殆ど間違っており、ネットは購入したのに繋がらず、ここのホテルスタッフの助けてくれなかったら、何もかも、お手上げでした。色々なお願いに何一つ嫌な顔をせず、私たちの要望を全て聞いて下さったスタッフの方に本当に感謝です。ありがとうございました。 とても小さなホテルなので、施設も大ホテルのように整っていませんが、その分、一人一人細かい所に気を配ってくれ、プールに入るとアイスを持ってきてくれたり、レストランの料理もとても目に鮮やか、美味しい。 130カ国以上旅をして、ホテルも七つ星ホテルなど行きましたが、豪華さ施設はさておき、ここのスタッフは全員、素晴らしく、やはり”ホテルは人だ!”と確信しました。

From the beginning at check in I knew this place was going to be premium. I’ve travelled all over the world… and the service at voya is top knotch. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is lights out amazing when it comes to hospitality. The food is some of the best food you’ll ever eat in Cuba. 4 hours in I knew I was booking it again to come back. Voya is a beautiful and inviting boutique hotel. The accommodations are comfortable and classy, the food is magnificent, and the staff members are top-notch. Customer service is way above and beyond a typical hotel. The owner even took time out to speak with our group and made us feel very special. I will definitely stay here during my next trip to Havana!
