房東老太太人不錯，就是美有早餐，如果想吃她可以幫做，價格可以談，3美金到5美金，水果，雞蛋，咖啡，麪包，都有，位置就在邊，走路去大教堂十分鐘左右，國會大廈十五分鐘，總體來説還很滿意
