Toilets did not work Sink and shower clogged would not drain and room had a bad smell like raw onions Plus gave me problems about where I was from

Door knob to bathroom broke, phone not working-wasn’t even plugged in, hole in wall stuffed with toilet paper, toilet clogged, whole place was dirty.

It was a good overnight stay. Just a lot of people traveling. Very loud, but that happens. I had to go somewhere else for breakfast because all the food was gone at 8:30, and the hotel didn’t make anymore. Everyone in line ahead of me packed their plates. I scraped a spoonful of eggs out of the pan. No cereal, no more fruit or yogurt. It was all gone.

The little things are big things when they are lacking. I long resigned myself to the lack of service done on the coin-operated washer & dryer, which is on the 3rd floor. Similarly, finding 1/3 rolls of toilet paper are also no longer surprising. However, the lack of a working elevator with no explanation or hope for repair while not flinching to suggest a room on the ground floor nor to offer a refund speaks to the dubious name of "quality" for this establishment.

Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast! They were remodeling a bit but not inconvenient at all. It was quiet and comfy!!!

Easy transaction. Normal free breakfast. All employees I encountered were super nice and helpful. I will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

This place was horrible. We had a reservation for 1 king bed and upon arriving they not only didn’t have a room for us but tried to put us in a smoking room. Eventually they found a room for us but informed us that there is a hole in the floor so we should put something over it. We made it up to our room and our key would not work. After many attempts my husband went down and asked for help only to be told to “keep trying” eventually we got the door to unlock but we had to physically thrust our bodies into the door for it to open. Shutting it was also difficult. We found a homeless man in the stairwell the morning we left. I turned the water on to shower and the water came out brown. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

I booked a non smoking queen room. When I checked in the hotel informed me that they had given my room away and the only rooms available was smoking double bed rooms. I was very disappointed because I had booked my room a week in advance and it was paid for. I can’t stand the smell of smoke because it gives me a headache.

Hotel was nasty. Several issues with room. Did not stay had to find another place to stay. I need my money refunded. Thank you
