This hotel was unclean and rundown. The worst was a clump of hair in the bathtub. The check in desk clerk was uncertain about how to check us in. All in all, it was dirty and unkempt.

The bathroom looked like it was under construction. Really poor condition! Breakfast was very limited. Food was cold or dry. When I checked in, the guy on duty answered the phone while I was standing there and the phone call lasted ten minutes! Inexcusable!
Overpriced for what we got! Not sure why it has an 8 rating! I’d give it a 5 at best!

Friendly staff, room was not ready when we arrived but was cleaned promptly. Coffee available 24/7 in the breakfast area, had an issue with the toilet plugging but again got it fixed promptly, would stay here again

3 hour wait to get into our room as no one available to clean rooms. Pool closed. work out room closed.

It is convenient to the interstate, lots of restaurants within driving distance, a nice lobby, great Continental breakfast, elevator, very clean, friendly helpful staff, and great rooms.
The only negative is the entry road is right beside another road and it is hard to tell which is which. We turned off to the wrong road a couple times and you have to go back out on the highway and find your way back in. There are no interconnecting parking lots with the neighboring businesses, which would be very helpful. All in all a great motel.

Not maintained at all. Dirty, smelly, toilet leaking and moving. Front desk staff was helpful and welcoming.

Had a very late arrival after a long day of driving. Charlie, the night auditor, made me feel very welcomed and easily accommodated my special requests-very charming and professional. He put a smile on my face.
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable.

Mold in bathroom and curtain in room totn and shredded and sheets didnt smell fresh.
