Rooms Fantastic Breakfast was an absolute Shambles! We waited over 40minutes for a hot breakfast which never arrived! We got fed up of waiting and had to leave as we were attending a family gathering which we had travelled over 120 Miles to attend. Not what I would expect Very disappointed and ruined our stay!

The room was clean and well appointed but there was a drain smell and the hairdryer wasn’t working consistently. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and noise wasn’t a problem. Beds and pillows were comfortable as expected it was just the slight smell in the room that wasn’t great.

Decent sized room, comfortable bed, good shower, decent work space. For the price I wasn't expecting much but this exceeded my expectations.

A good night sleep followed by the best we’ve had at any Premier inn. Chef Karen can do a perfect poached egg and a mean black pudding. The breakfast presentation was really nice and all the staff were friendly too. 😁thank you. Richard, Jackie and Harrison

We arrived at the hotel, premier room, to an overpowering smell of chlorine, as though we were in a swimming pool. I assumed the toilet had just been bleached. We dashed out as we were very late arriving and had an appoin**ent. We got back in the evening to the room smelling of drains, it was gross. It was there all night and I had zero sleep. We were too tired to go to reception (no phone in room to call) as we had had a nigh**are long journey and hoped to sleep. Went to shower to find only one bath and one hand towel for two people. First and last stay at Premier Inn. We reported the smell to reception when we left and nobody bothered to contact us. I emailed Premier Inn, but no response.

Room is smaller than other Premier Inn hotels but has a more modern updated decor. But not Hypnos bed - now silentnight so not as good. Same with pillows - not as good as before. Bathroom is compact so kept banging my elbow on the shower towel rail whist trying to use the sink! Good shower though with rain head! Good breakfast from 06:30 but have to wait for cooked food order.

I always try to book a Premier inn where I can because they are easy and always comfortable. Breakfast is great too, and excellent value with free kids places. We stayed at this Premier Inn for my mums funeral and the server in the restaurant was so kind to me and my family. A true gent!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable as it had recently been refurbished. Domino's, KFC and Costa are within walking distance of the hotel, plus there is a Beefeater next door. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was great value. Clean room and bathroom, tea and coffee in the room and extra outside if you needed it. Breakfast was great value for a family and made to order by Karen!! Tony was friendly and lovely! Overall excellent value indeed!
