Hotel located at Hartlepool Marina, good access to town centre, staff very friendly, Room comfortable but only one chair which meant one of us had to sit on one of the beds which was awkward other than that very nice stay

The hotel and check in were as expected. The restaurant food and service was very poor. Bar service was poor, unfriendly staff. Food was limited, cold and tepid on arrival and steak was burnt. When advised was offered a free glass of wine. Not a great experience. Breakfast was cold at the servery so again not great. Decided to only eat there once. Hotel was good, food was extremely poor.

The staff are lovely both in the Hotel and Pub, Erika is always to help me out, as I have been staying since Feb 2024. I love staying at this Premier Inn and will tell my Friends and Family. The hotel is always clean and it's a big help having the free Car Park.

Rooms are always clean and presented well. Frequent visitor to this hotel as a base to Teesside and staff are very welcoming and make the experience seemless every time. Appreciate Sophie and Erika from the team having helped me with several bookings.

The room was immaculately clean, restaurant good too but the the most positive part of my experience was the lovely Erika and Sophie at the reception. They were both very friendly and welcoming and eager to assist with questions I had relating to my room and the restaurant. Also very informative about local shops, entertainment etc which was very handy as I am unfamiliar with the area. I'd definitely recommend 👌

Love staying at the Premier Inn, Hartlepool. Always a favourite place to stay. The view of the marina is lovely. It’s ideally situated for visits to the beautiful Northumbria coast. Always made to feel welcome when we stay here and got a lovely little welcome back gift left in our room 😊

Great hotel in a fabulous location. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the other side of the marina. Visiting is a must! Excellent staff who are always happy to help. Sophie was super professional and friendly and is great at her job. Rooms were immaculate, with the added bonus of a superb view. I highly recommend this hotel- 5* all round!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful guys and gals on the desk. Convenient to walk to local bars and restaurants and not far from shopping centre. We saw some pretty sunsets during our stay and look forward to returning in the summer.
