Travelodge Hartlepool Marina

Change of travel plans more than a week in advance and they still charged me for the room, changes that were out of my control

Comfortable and clean. Great place to stay. Little noise from the back next to railway but didn't hear it at night.

Our usual hotel of choice for yet another Hartlepool weekend break. Excellent position near train and bus links. No food onsite but plenty of options nearby. A slight problem with the rooms booked due to redecorating commencing whilst we were staying but all handled as well as could be by moving the coffee machines and a chair into the standard room. Internet still included as per original booking and worked as well as anywhere I've stayed recently. No complaints, they have to redecorate sometime. Staff first class and friendly as ever. Will be back for another break in due course.

What fantastic hotel. Well recommended this hotel the team are great especially Mel the supervisor. We have been coming here for years and will always be coming back. Rooms are lovely and clean we can't wait for the upgrades. It is in a prime location with everything within walking distance.

always stay here for work and what a exceptional stay i always have the hotel its self could do with some updating but the staff have said that is due to come so will definitely be returning when that happens but what makes this place is the staff especially claire she is always happy to help and always smiling and cheerful shealways goes above and beyond what a quality staff member she is,

Stayed here recently and could not of been happier, good location and great staff with a special mention to claire who went the extra mile for me. Plenty of food places and the coast just walking distance, will definitely be coming again thank you

Outstanding service, the room is always spotlessly clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows are comfy. Staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Mel and Claire in particular were outstanding! The location of the hotel is stunning, overlooking the harbour and there is so much to do out and about … I use this hotel everytime I come to Stockton for work once per week. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

I stayed here on the 10th April for business, with a couple of work colleagues, rooms are clean and comfortable, but the best part to the place is the staff , especially Claire and Mel , they always went above be and beyond and was always full of laughs just what you need from a receptionist , most definitely will be returning

Awful place. Accused of a non smoker of smoking/tampering with the fire alarms. Staff are completely untrained/incompetent at dealing with any customer issues. However, apparently the receptionist is a fantastic fire alarm engineer.
