Hotel catered to the extra requests I made with no additional cost which was lovely. They the process run smoothly. Will definitely go back.

I can definitely recommend Cresta Oasis to any business travelers out there. It offers a unique experience – simple yet surprisingly rich. The staff is incredibly friendly, making it feel more like a second home than your typical commercial hotel. Location is a huge perk. I was easily able to walk to the Harare CBD whenever I needed. Plus, the area itself feels very safe and secure. Overall, if you're looking for a hassle-free and enriching stay in Harare, Cresta Oasis is a fantastic choice.

First 3 days staying at this hotel was excellent in all aspects. Last day it all fell apart (Saturday) continous visits to the room to try and improve the wifi connection. After 4 calls to try and get some tea bags - it arrived 3 hrs after the first call!

Its a convenient place to stay, very very close to where everything is. I would recommend friends and relatives to stay there. However some few improvements maybe needed in terms of furniture but overally it was great.

We came for a conference for 2 days and i must commend on the traditional meals that were being served at the hotel.The place is just refreshing being there hearing the sounds of the waters by the water fountain.Enjoyed our stay there and would definately be coming back and i also recommend this place for their outstanding african dishes.The staff is very friendly and with good hospitality.We met Pride he was such an outstanding young man with great PR and knows how to communicate and service too , he impacted our time there. We would definately be coming back. All the way from South Africa.

Besides the ideal location of the hotel for anyone desiring to take a walk around the streets of Harare, the rooms are very comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful and the food is quite tasty. The Wi-Fi service is always great.

You will not regret. Hotel is in center of city. If any elderly person is trying to book room then ask hotel staff to give ground floor room as they don't have lift. Rooms are clean and hygiene is good.

I honestly have nothing but high praise for the staff, service and facilities. I truly enjoyed it all. It exceeds the standards of a three star hotel. It is deserving of one more star. I look forward to staying there again.

I had an awesome time at Cresta Oasis. Rooms were clean and spotless and the space was spacious. The staff was friendly, helpful and incredible. Only Beds are bit old and showers they need refurbishment. The price is reasonable and affordable, the place is quiet and peaceful and it's located in CBD of Harare and very convenient.
