The price was VERY reasonable, and the staff polite & helpful. The fresh breakfast was a bit different for me, as an American, but tasty (essentially one type of bread in Zimbabwe). It took a while, but was hot & fresh. A device charging station was handy. The room was spacious, had a luggage rack, and a bar/counter for a mysterious reason. The generator was loud & stinky, but Zim power is often OUT.

No fridge ,no water provided .poor entertainment,wifi unstable

I really enjoyed my stay there , the staff are really friendly .the Service is really top there .. i will definitely go back there when i want to visit Zimbabwe again

This is a nice place to be…the staff is ever so friendly…No issues with wifi and the place is surrounded by restaurants making it convenient to get something to eat… you can try it out…

The room itself was spacious and clean. Bed was nice, and there were enough blankets for the cold weather. The area around the hotel is noisy, as it's in the CBD, but it offers a lot of options for food and other amenities, but the hotel does not provide any information about where to go. Breakfast options are limited and the breakfast room does not have good ventilation. If you eat there, you will walk out smelling like a donut. I would stay there again but in the rooms with a/c to dampen the noise levels.

Had an amazing stay here , honestly I didn't want to leave lol, the rooms are nice and clean,the staff is so friendly and welcoming.You definitely get what you paid for.Looking forward to coming back here again.Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!

Overall the room was very clean and comfortable. A hot water heater is available for hot showers. Arnold the front office attendant was super helpful, nice and accommodating. We will definitely return for additional stays.
