It was cold in my room.
However, the hotel is beautiful.
Classic style, wonderful chandeliers, ball room...

fint overnatting for gjennomkjøring. Vi hadde med hund, som fikk en snack når vi kom. En hyggelig guest!
Hotellet er av eldre standard, men grei tilstand på rommene. Spisesal, bar og restaurant er ærverdig og flott med sin gamle stil, med skikkelig herskapelig inntrykk.
Restauranten/bar hadde veldig hyggelig betjening som virkelig ville levere service. Menyen er fin med lokale råvarer/retter, og maten var veldig god. En god restaurant!
Frokosten var helt grei, vi savnet ikke noe.

Beautiful hotel with lots of history. Our room was really small for two people. Personnel was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Bathroom had a sewer smell every now and then.

All public areas are amazingly beatiful and attractive. Lot of nice details and decorations. Rooms on the other hand are not so special and one could call them modest.

At the very heart of Haparanda, a lovely old hotel that has been renovated with great taste while honoring the past. Rooms were tidy and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plenty and great. It also kept you going the whole day. Free WiFi and parking and most important for me, pets are allowed to this wonderful hotel. I truly recommend this hotel for travellers either staying or just passing through Haparanda. You will not be disappointed.
