ฉันมาเที่ยวฮานอยเป็นครั้งแรก ฉันเดินมาที่นี่จากตงซิง กวางสี และต่อเครื่องที่ฮานอย ดังนั้นฉันจึงเลือกอพาร์ทเมนต์ราคาประมาณ 100 หยวน ฉันให้ห้าคะแนนเพราะมันตรงตามความต้องการของฉัน ห้องมีขนาดประมาณ 25 ตร.ม. และจะมีเสียงดังไม่ว่าหน้าต่างจะหันหน้าไปทางถนนหรือไม่ก็ตาม เพราะราคาแบบนี้โดยพื้นฐานแล้วอยู่บริเวณนั่งเล่นหลังถนนใหญ่ เทคโนโลยีรถจักรยานยนต์ของเวียดนามไม่ว่าจะเป็นเพศหรืออายุก็น่าประทับใจมาก น้ำร้อนไฟฟ้าในห้องน้ำช้าไปหน่อยแต่ก็พอทนได้ ห้องน้ำก็โอเค มีเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำธรรมดาไว้ให้ แนะนำให้ใช้ของคุณเอง มีผ้าเช็ดตัวสองผืน ตู้เย็นและไมโครเวฟในห้องดีมากครับสามารถซื้อผลไม้และอาหารมาเก็บไว้ได้เลย อย่าลืมนำปลั๊กแปลงมาด้วย เนื่องจากเป็นปลั๊กสองรู ยกนิ้วให้การบริการห้องพักทำความสะอาดทุกวันและจะไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนเว้นแต่จะร้องขอ ตู้เสื้อผ้าก็มีประโยชน์ นั่งรถบัสข้ามถนนไปอีก 5 กิโลเมตรไปยังทะเลสาบ Hoan Kiem ที่ประตูอาคาร Vietnam Post ริมทะเลสาบมีรถบัส 86 ไปยังสนามบินนานาชาติ Noi Bai ซึ่งจะออกเวลา 05.10 น. อย่างเร็วที่สุดและมีราคา 45,000 ดอง โดยรวมแล้วการเดินทางไปเวียดนามเกินความคาดหมาย โดยพื้นฐานแล้ว เวลาข้ามถนนจะมีสัญญาณไฟจราจร ชาวต่างชาติทนไม่ไหวกับกองมอเตอร์ไซค์บนท้องถนน ส่วนคนจีนคุ้นเคยกับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าแบบเดียวกัน ความปลอดภัยสาธารณะดีกว่าไทย เมียนมาร์ กัมพูชา และลาวอย่างแน่นอน เพื่อความร่วมมือฉันมิตรระหว่างทั้งสองประเทศในอนาคตผมยังคงแนะนำให้ทุกคนมา ฉันหวังว่ารัฐบาลเวียดนามชุดใหม่จะไม่เข้าไปพัวพันกับความไม่พอใจในอดีตเหมือนเมื่อก่อน ว่าแต่ร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเคลื่อนที่ปากซอยรสชาติดี 40,000 ครับ

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

When picking a hotel in Hanoi we were not sure about what to expect or who to go with as it was our first time in Vietnam! I have stayed in hotels in Australia, Italy, Dubai and many more but the Minerva Hotel is up there with one of the best! The rooms are cleaned to perfection and lovely white linen! They are spotless! The rooms are big and you get complementary tea, coffee and water. The breakfast is amazing with something to cater to all tastes. The location is also perfect as it is in a safe area within close walking distance to all attractions! However, the best part about the Minerva is the lovely staff who cater to your every whim and go out of there way to be thoughtful and just be as helpful as they can to you as a first time visitor in Vietnam! They helped us organise transport, food deliveries and also brought us to a shop to get our SIM card changed which was extremely extremely helpful! They could not be more helpful if they tried! I genuinely mean it by saying the Minerva Premium should be the only place you choose to stay in Hanoi it was exceptional! Thank you so much Minerva! from, Megan

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

This is a small family-owned hotel. We reserved a room with two beds, but were initially offered one with a one bed. We had to ask for a room change, which may have often happened from reviews of other people. The two-bed room was somewhat large and clean. Amenities were basic. Bathroom was a bit challenging: we did not dare take a shower, but my child did and said it was okay. Toilet had no problem. Hot water was readily accessible. Breakfast was personally cooked and nicely done with egg, buttered bread, and some vegetables (tea was nice). The family seems to raise a herd of chickens. Very early in the morning after perhaps 6 AM or even before, a rooster crowed for about two hours every 30 second, and we had to be up. Well, it is nature and I have no complaint about this. The hotel views a big open field where the chicken herd as well as horses was enjoying the meal. Best part was that we were able to walk to the hotel and took about 15 minutes from the international terminal, although it was a bit treacherous along the way. Getting across a wide street without any signal was a challenge, like any other in Vietnam. It was okay after we got used to it. Nothing much around the hotel. The Hanoi Airport, unlike Saigon, has really nothing in the neighborhood. I think for one night, this hotel may be okay esp. for early flights.
