Madelise Central Hotel & Travel

There wasn't any room for us on the day of arrival so we were upgraded to a deluxe room for our first day. It was okay there. The staff shifted us to another hotel for the next 4 days of our stay in hanoi.

Initially, I have booked 3 night with breakfast for 2 persons. When we checked in they said no breakfast. When we have been placed in the room there is no cable TV and telephone. We have stayed there for 3 nights without TV, phone. Every time, when we need to contact the receiption we have to go down and we had breakfast outside of the hotel. Otherwords, everything seemed no like that as booked according to the Trip.

Hi we stayed here last night for one night with My partner and friends great location near the lake .comfortable clean rooms .staff were friendly and the Manager was exceptional . Would most certainly recommend a visit Location of hotel was not far from the bars and night life and lots of lovely eateries very close to the lake. And near the water puppet show . So excellent location

Good morning,we checked in and payed by credit card yesterday night.The entire hotel and the room was very dirty and dusty.In one room there were many coackroaches and the sheets were dirty so the guy changed room but some warms were in the shower and the smell in the hotel was really bad.We decided to go away and find another hotel concordind with the reception for a total refund but I didn’t had my money back yet.Kind regards

We booked this through a third party booking site and from the picture it looks great and so we decided to booked our stay for 5 days. Our flight came in very late and we didn't want to be stranded without a room in a new country so we paid in full for the 5 nights. The very first night we knew it was not a good fit for us. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and found myself soaked from the back of my head and as I looked up the water was dripping from the ceiling as though the ceiling were going to caved in on me. We told the staff and they promptly fixed the plumbing issue for that day. However this plumbing issue persisted the rest of the time we were there. Next is the AC, it was never cool enough so we have to ask them to fix that as well. Every afternoon when we came back from our activities, we would meet with a jackhammer on the upper floor. The constant construction they are doing to expand their building were extremely unbearable. We told the staff about our demise and they looked at us with a lot of sympathy and asked to to have sympathy on them. What! In summary. I want to be clear . The staff is great! I have no complaints about them. They tried their best to help us but with their limited power to make any decisions they can only look at us with understanding that their hands are tied. I can not, with conscience, recommended, anyone to book your trip with this location " Hang Mam" street. Because they are under construction and it won't be done for a long time. It's best to call them and see when their construction will be completed.

First couldn’t find my check In even I showed receipt and booking number . TV broken could help. No breakfast Staff smoking in hotel I don’t have issue with smoking but it reflects the service. Then staff having breakfast at the table but not for guests wow. In one word Don’t stay. I have been in a lot of hotels some very good some not bad but this was absolutely terrible. Happy travels

We are transfer to another hotel upon arrival. I booked this hotel because i like the room design and top floor. Went to another hotel but the rooms are not up to my standard. Also causes us to move around with our luggages.
