Really nice hotel to stay in. Worth more than 3 stars on Google. Location is convenient, staff were really friendly and helpful. Can be better if using a real double bed instead of 2 single bed combined. But they done it quite well that you can’t feel it.

My wife and I stayed in Room 805 for 5 nights and 405 for 2 nights. Overall the facility was superb, something different from the international chain hotels like Marriott, Hilton etc. It offered a completely different and much more pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, modern and well appointed, with strong air conditioner and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable and had a variety of pillows.... Lobby staff were polite efficient and service oriented. Mr Guan in particular was super responsive and helped us arrange transport, recommended restaurants and local points of interest, He even gave us his Whats app id so we could contact him. We had breakfast and several mid-day and dinner meals on the 9th Floor The decor was unique and immaculately clean. The food on offer was diverse, tasty, portions were good sized and price was reasonable. Overall good value for the money. We took full advantage of the daily happy hours on the 10th Floor. The views were amazing and when we were there the weather was perfect. The bar snacks were tasty here as well. We had the cheese sticks, mixed nuts, and mini burgers and were quite happy with all of the dishes. I always believe what makes a hotel really exceptional is the staff and their attitude towards service that make a visit exceptional. Over the seven nights we were there we saw some of the same faces over and over and were just in awe of their attentiveness, efficiency, desire to please their guests and make it overall a memorable experience. In particular Mr Guan, Truc, Ava and Frank were superstars, their presence made all the difference between an average stay and an exceptional one.

One of the highlights was the outstanding service provided by a staff member named Jen. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot-on, making our visit to Hanoi even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and make sure to look for Jen when you get there—she will make your stay truly special!

Very good experience in la siesta. The staff were friendly. We stayed for two night and the first night was my birthday. They prepared a lovely cake for me which was very surprising. The staff provided lots of useful information about Hanoi for us. Also the room was really nice and clean
