Very large room and bathroom. Maybe slightly dated for some but we enjoyed it. Nice pool and plenty of parking. Reasonable choices for breakfast which is included in the price unless you want cooked. Staff very pleasant and amenable.

Comfortable accommodation, well positioned and convenient for Hanmer shops and attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms did not have air conditioning. The electric fans provided were efficient but a bit noisy.
The food was excellent, and overall a most enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful old lady of a hotel. The walls showed how she was built and used to be the gem of genteel society. But it is a bit run down in places. Not sure if that is a negative… Felt like we were staying in a historical building. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were stunning!

Two floors but no lift ! Continental breakfast not overly generous. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Bed was uncomfortable, poor lighting and dated.
Bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was an old toothbrush jammed down one of the sinkholes that hadnt been removed. Hotel restaurant was pretty bad and over priced. Wont be dining there again.

The breakfast provided was amazing, also how comfortable the beds were.
I didn’t like how hot the room was and learning that no rooms had air-conditioning, very disappointing in this day and age. Very overpriced as a result.
