This was very clean hotel, bright view and nice bed.
We were really enjoying it in rooms.
Employee are so warm and kind to us, we will reserve this hotel again when we visit MA.

Inspect the room thoroughly upon check in. My room looked “Clean” until I started to use the coffee maker. I looked inside to see the fill line and saw a white powder inside. I called the front desk and they sent up a replacement. While I was waiting, I looked inside the Microwave and realized that it probably hadn’t been cleaned in months!!!
Giving credit to management, They quickly resolved the issues once I presented them but these issues should not have been there for me to find. Especially since their name is “Quality” Inn…

Arrived and there was no one at the desk and no sign to indicate a return time. Waited approximately 15 minutes to check in. Hotel itself seemed a bit run down (i.e., glade plug ins in the halls, sketchy elevator, questionable bathtub/shower, some lights out in the room). Sheets and towels were thankfully clean. Great variety of warm breakfast options, even close to the end of breakfast time. Hospitality staff was nice. Our room card stopped working an hour before check out so we could to get back into our room after breakfast without staff help. Check out was fast.

The level of fragrance present in both the hallways and the rooms was unacceptable. We were shown 5 different rooms, but all were too fragrant (to a fragrance-sensitive person) and so we decided to find a different hotel.

There wasn't a chair in the room. All of the lamps had bulbs not working. The whole place seemed dark. It needs renovation.
