Super room, large size with a comfy bed. Loved the Molton brown bathroom products and room kept tidy everyday. Friendly staff and easy to find hotel near the train station. We used the public buses to hop on and off to the local attractions and found the buses easy to navigate. Main Chris**as markets only 10 minutes away on the bus. Nice to go into the busy areas and then equally as nice to leave it behind for a quiet nights sleep. No breakfast with our room but it looked great and it costs €25 pp each morning. We opted to explore and find breakfast each morning instead. Overall great stay here, would return & recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for business purpose and visited their restaurant. Afer dining, I signed the receipt in order to charge the amount of € 30.00 to my room balance. Upon check-out, I was charged € 32.00, so I asked the front desk staff member for the original copy which I had signed. They were not able (or willing) to provide it. A couple of days later I requested the receipt via e-mail which the hotel management sent me. Now I found a handwritten "additional tip"-note on it which was clearly not my handwriting (also compared with the data I had filled in on that paper). When I checked with the hotel manager by phone, he denied any fraudulent activity within his staff but could not explain how this completely different handwriting should have appeard otherwise on the document. The amount of € 2.00 surely is no drama, but to me that kind of activity in a hotel itself is. I am sure Hamburg has a lot of inviting and honest (!) places to stay. Choose wisely.

My wife and I just spent a wonderful weekend in Hamburg: the Boston is an excellent hotel in terms of quality and price: modern and super large design rooms, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Definitely recommended!

Stay was awesome, mainly because of parking in hotel in centre of Hamburg and free.
Only thing I would point as negative, was lack of main light in a room. There were lamps that could be turned on, but even then the feel was ... shadowy, which is not bad thing, but sometimes you need light!.

My partner and I booked this hotel because the location was fairly central in Hamburg and it is a dog friendly hotel as we took our dogs. We were stunned at the size and luxury of our ordinary priced room, it was huge, with huge bed, massive bathroom including a corner bath. We loved our room so much we stayed a second night and were sad to leave when we finally had to go! I want to stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was also excellent. The staff at the hotel cannot be faulted!

We are a family of 4 (2 grown children and parents) who stayed here for a week. It was excellent place to stay. It was an easy walk from the train station after about a 30 minute trip from Hamburg's airport- with only one transfer at the main train station. We arrived on Chris**as day morning and went to the hotel to drop bags and were told we could check in early! The daily breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of choices. Eggs, bacon , sausages, pastries, wonderful german bread and cold cuts and freshly squeezed orange juice. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apar**ents which was roomy enough for the 4 of us, comfy beds and a rain shower! It was in a quiet neighborhood and there were restaurants an easy walk away. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom had a hair dryer and soap, shampoo and lotion. The rooms were not cleaned daily (we didn't need it but if you are expecting new towels every day maybe you would have to ask for this service?). Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. I highly recommend staying here! We very much enjoyed our visit.

The room was huge and had a corner bath. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We weren't in the 'posh part of Hamburg but we were within walking distance of everything, especially small boutiques and lots of restaurants.

I would recommend this hotel.
POSITIVES:
The room was spacious and nice.
The breakfast was excellent, freshly squeezed orange juice, good bread, nice selection.
Friendly staff; ready to help; ready to server coffee, ready to recommend restaurants.
NEGATIVES:
The shower was a bit small
The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire stay
Providing a Nespresso machine in the room is great value, but it did not work
