Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình . Đến cô lao công và bác bảo vệ còn nhiệt tình mà kkkk . Tầng 1 thì n*** cạnh là quán ăn cơm bình dân mà rất ngon và rất rẻ . Đồ ăn các quán thì n*** đó đi bộ mấy bước là rất nhiều . Thuận tiện gần sân bay lắm . Đi taxi ra sân bay có hơn 40k vnđ thôi . Nói chung là . 100 điểm cho khách sạn ạ . Giá cả lại cực kỳ rẻ nhưng chất lượng thì 5 sao lun ấy 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😇😇😇😇

ผผู้เข้าพักFor the price you pay this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Located in Catba town it is just a short walk to the restaurants and bars at the front and about 20 minutes to Catco 3. The rooms are very clean, spacious and look almost new. The breakfast was also solid with a good enough range of choices.

By far one of the best stays in my month long travel here in Vietnam between multiple cities and regions. This hotel is brand new and everything reflects it. The bathrooms and rooms are luxurious. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was delicious every morning. More importantly the staff was amazing. They handheld us through checkin throughout our stay until we left. We were taken care of so well. As part of the hotel, they had a tour booking office which helped us book all our activities and car service with discounts. We woke up late and had to be ready to leave for our day cruise and they even called to the dining room to pack us our breakfast to take with us. That is 5 star service! We were given fabulous advice on where to go during our stay as well. Location was right on the Main Street so within walking distance to all stores and restaurants and short walk to the beach. Definitely a 5 star stay.

ผผู้เข้าพักพนักงานน่ารักเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักและสะอาด เมนูมีสีสัน ราคาดีมาก วิวโดยรอบสวยมาก สามารถเช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์ไปขับเองได้ เรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตของคนท้องถิ่น ทิวทัศน์ ลักษณะเฉพาะ ในตอนเย็นพวกเขายังจัดกิจกรรมบาร์บีคิวและการสื่อสารทางดนตรี มีผู้ดูแลระบบชื่อ Ah Sheng ดูเหมือนว่าเขาจะเป็นเจ้านายที่นี่ เขากระตือรือร้นมาก เขารู้ว่าเราเป็นชาวจีนจึงใช้ซอฟต์แวร์แปลเพื่อถามว่าเราต้องการความช่วยเหลืออะไร เราอยากนั่งเรือไปดูแม่น้ําล้าน เขาขับรถพาเราไปที่ท่าเรือเพื่อขึ้นเรือเป็นการส่วนตัว เมื่อเรากลับมาตอนเย็น เขายังสอนเราทําปอเปี๊ยะแบบเวียดนามดั้งเดิมอีกด้วย เขายังแนะนําเราให้รู้จักกับเบียร์ผึ้งบนเกาะกิ๊บโปด้วย รสชาติดีเป็นพิเศษ คุ้มค่าแก่การยกนิ้วให้พวกเรา!!!

ผผู้เข้าพักStayed two nights here. The hotel is in the heart of the Catba island with a lot of restaurants, tour agents and shops around. Our room was upgraded by the owner due to the availability and the stay was a very pleasant experience. Room was nice and clean with all basic needs included. The breakfast was also alright for the money paid. The owner and all staff are very helpful. Highly recommend.

Ppp121ทําเลที่ตั้งดีและสะดวกในการกินรอบ ๆ บริการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นผู้หญิงที่อาจเป็นพนักงานตัวแทนการท่องเที่ยวมาแนะนําโรงแรมและเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวบนเกาะเมื่อฉันเช็คอิน อบอุ่นและมีน้ําใจและการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างราบรื่น บริการอื่นๆ ค่อนข้างแย่ เมื่อพนักงานทําความสะอาดห้องเข้ามาทําความสะอาดห้อง พวกเขาก็ตบประตูอย่างแรง พอเข้ามาก็ทําความสะอาดด้วยรอยยิ้ม หญ้าก็เหมือนไม่ได้ทําความสะอาด

FFelixConveniently located, we picked this hotel to do a one day boat trip to Alan Ha bay and a day in the National parc. Mattress was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. The whole street was under big construction so it was noisy and dusty. Better to double check with the hotel to make sure roadwork is complete. Suggestion : 1. change body wash and shampoo as the one provided in our room smell bad, 2. Partner with a better motorbike rental company : we rent 2 different scooters through the hotel, both were in poor condition (damaged tyres, poor brake, empty tank, engine failure, smelly helmet)

ผผู้เข้าพักThe immediate vice is this place is in need of a face lift and a bit of sprucing up. Our plan had us here one night and it worked as an overnight. The remoteness of the lodge requires you to have transportation to easily access the beaches. The amenities such as the pool during our stay was a no go! It was not up to swimming standards and it looked like it was not used in a while. The room in building # one was large enough for two people with a floor fan, good quality air con, and a place to hang your clothes. The mosquito net was a bit undersized for the bed. Not that it was necessary but we tried to make it work but could not manage very well. The toilet-shower combo was fine with a boiler type system that required you to turn it on and off for conservation purposes. HW worked fine only issue I had was it’s height off the floor as I am over 2 meters (6 foot+) and the shower head was a bit lower. Again no issues! The bar prices were reasonable but limited in selection. Overall I just felt the property and the rooms need a freshing up!

Hotel 5sao . Mình là khách du lịch, dịch vụ rất tốt. Không gian phòng hì thoáng mát sạch sẽ, recomment mọi người đi du lịch ên qua hotel này để nghỉ ngơi nha Khách sạn n*** trung tâm Cát Bà, đi lại thuận tiện, Anh chủ nhà rất hiếu khách và nhiệt tình. Lần sau tới Cát Bà nhất định sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ Pina Hotel

TTraveling Aroundมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้ 1 คืน พบว่าทําเลดี ติดถนน Van Cao ที่มีบาร์และร้านอาหารมากมาย ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า AEON แหล่งท่องเที่ยวอื่นๆใน Hai Phong และสนามบินเป็นข้อดีที่สําคัญ การเช่าจักรยานจากโรงแรมสะดวกในการสํารวจเมือง แม้ว่าห้องพักจะมีขนาดเล็ก แต่ก็สะดวกสบายและมีห้องครัวขนาดเล็ก ซึ่งเหมาะสําหรับการทําอาหารหรือทําอาหารกลับบ้าน เตียงนอนสบาย แต่ห้องน้ําต้องปรับปรุงเนื่องจากเชื้อราและผมบางตัว นอกจากนี้ลิฟต์ที่มีเสียงดังรบกวนการนอนหลับของฉัน แม้จะมีปัญหาเหล่านี้ ฉันจะพักที่นี่อีกครั้งในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันไปไห่พง
