Resort Hadera by Jacob Hotels

Hadera is a very small town north of the center of the country. The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. Nearby there is also a good fish restaurant, which is open daily. A few minutes walk from the hotel to a small beach, which is especially nice in the morning. On weekends, this beach is crowded, but you can walk to the public one, it takes about 15 minutes. The hotel serves excellent breakfasts, all rooms offer amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea. I would especially like to note the approach oriented to the client. From the moment I arrived, I met a very friendly manager Hofit, who is always ready to take care of me. Truly, everything turned out to be perfectly organized and in general, I do not need anything 😁

When other hotels in nearby Netanya were fully booked, our family took 2 rooms for the last 4 days of the Passover holiday at the Hadera Resort Hotel. Despite the place being jammed with families, we enjoyed our quiet rooms at the end of a hallway. One room had a large balcony with a spectacular view of the beach, a great place to enjoy the sunsets over the Mediterranean. The second room had a smaller balcony and a peek-a-boo view of the sea, but was still pleasant to be able to slide open the door to catch the sea breeze. The larger room had a walk in shower with amazing water pressure, while the smaller room had a huge bathroom with bathtub and shower. The fridge, table and chairs in the larger room meant we could enjoy a picnic lunch and the space was great for our 4 -year-old granddaughter to spread out games and puzzles. The indoor pool is spacious and well maintained. Two hot tubs and a dry and wet sauna are a nice bonus. The workout room is large and much better equipped than most hotel workout rooms. Towels are provided at the entrance so you don't have to shlep towels from your room. Food was plentiful and fresh, and the dining room is spacious and has a view of the sea. The lobby is pleasant and there's a small cafe and convenience store attached to the lobby. Hallways and carpets on each floor could do with an update, but the rooms themselves are fresh and clean with newish towels and bedding and very good mattresses. Access to the Givat Olga beach is a 2-minute walk around the side of the hotel.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and generous in size.The restaurant had food a cut above regular catering. The pool was well controlled and the setting of the whole place is just glorious. הצוות ידידותי, החדרים נוחים ונדיבים בגודלם. במסעדה היה אוכל בקנה מידה מעל קייטרינג רגיל. הבריכה הייתה מבוקרת היטב והתפאורה של המקום כולו פשוט מפוארת.

great hotel? one of the best in its price range in israel (if not the best). great food (we were halfboard) . good ingoor swimming pool an spa , huge external swimming pool, an a beutyfull beach just 100 meters from the hotel. very friendly staff , nice room (we had the deluxe suite) with a sea view - all the rooms have sea view- and the view is beutyfull!!!

Loved this Hadera beach hotel The reservation agent was extremely helpful, although we never received an email confirmation or a call to schedule our spa treatments in advance if our arrival, as promised The facility is beautiful and very clean The room was comfortable and the pool areas were delightful We loved the spa treatments, although the spa areas were tight and not too luxurious Would love to see friendlier and more attentive service on future stays but we do plan to return to this beautiful place in the Hadera beach

Cleanliness in the hotel was horrible: The room that we received was dirty, the hallway was dirty, even the dining room at 8 am was dirty! When I complained to the receptionist about the room and hallway she said that the hallway will be cleaned shortly, then 2 hours later when I asked again she said that it will be cleaned only the next day. Now it's 11:40 on the next day and it wasn't cleaned yet! Beyond that during breakfast it was obvious that the salads and some of the pastries were not prepared on the same day (one of the employees even admitted to that).

Definitely a nice hotel. Clean and maintained, large rooms with modern design, innovative equipment, beautiful view. But the food category needs improvement. The selection is quite modest, both for breakfast and dinner, and the same meals can be made in better flavors. In addition, the same dishes from yesterday were repeated the next day. Too bad, because it's definitely a nice place. Too bad it will fall on the food section. Bottom line, does not justify the high price. מלון נחמד בהחלט. נקי ומתוחזק, חדרים גדולים בעיצוב מודרני, אבזור חדשני, נוף יפה. אבל קטגוריית המזון טעונה שיפור. המבחר צנוע למדי, הן בארוחת בוקר והן בארוחת ערב, ואפשר לעשות את אותן הארוחות בטעמים טובים יותר. בנוסף, אותן מנות מיום אתמול שבו על עצמן ביום למחרת. חבל, כי זה בהחלט מקום נחמד. חבל שיפול על סעיף מזון. בשורה תחתונה, לא מצדיק את המחיר הגבוה.

Very comfortable bed, beautiful ocean view. Big room and bathroom... We went as a couple and enjoyed everything, from the restaurant to the giant swimming pool!! The staff was also very nice to us....

Disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience has left me with a negative impression of both your establishment and my time in Israel. The unfriendly and unhelpful staff, coupled with the lack of information regarding Shabbat restrictions on water and food, were disheartening as a foreign solo traveler with limited time in the country. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned, an unnecessary travel cot occupied space, and the absence of Wi-Fi hindered my ability to work. Despite assurances of a resolution, the issue was not addressed. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.
