Good location that is easy on or off Highway 101. The place feels old and overall used. Rooms are clean and fair. The bathroom Towels are paper-thin; I have had better towels at Motel 6, so I was not impressed with the towel quality. Could not dry myself. Breakfast was cofffee so I can say anything about the actual offerings.

I stay here at the Hamptons it's been nice the staff is very nice in the room is excellent thank you very much

Front desk service was fine. I was not able to obtain my IHG points because I booked through a third party. This should not matter. Front desk did not tell us that there would be a breakfast in the morning, included. So I wasted time looking for restaurants nearby, only to find out when I went downstairs to check out that there was indeed a breakfast. The bathroom sliding door was off its track. Houskeeping should have noticed it and made arrangements for repair. I took the initiative to force the door back into the track. I am a retired facilities management guy. Did not sleep well due to extremely soft mattress, pillows too fluffy (I like flat), and noise from the adjacent freeway.

Great location in beautiful Santa Rosa but not much more to say other than that. The rooms were tiny with no space outside of the bed and a small table. I was personally did not see the value of the 2 entrances into the room with one leading only out to the parking lot. I only stayed 1 night and felt it was enough. The bathroom was fantastic though and felt almost as big as the entire room itself. Overall I felt it was over costed for the experience.

I had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall
