My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

Overview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

ตอนจองไม่รู้ว่าเป็นโรงแรมของ Xida House เลยรับประกันคุณภาพ! พนักงานเป็นกันเองและให้การต้อนรับดีมาก และอาหารเช้าก็เข้มข้นมาก พอใจมาก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคืออยู่ไกลจากเมืองเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ก็ยังดีที่จะเดินไปตามแม่น้ําดานูบมากกว่า 10 นาที!

It was such a lovely stay! I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly! I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.

โรงแรมใหญ่ควรมีทุกอย่าง สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ สะใจ ขอชื่นชมเป็นพิเศษสําหรับการบริการที่อบอุ่นและเอาใจใส่ของพนักงานต้อนรับ ฉันไม่มีแอพแท็กซี่ท้องถิ่น ผู้หญิงใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือของเธอเพื่อช่วยฉันเรียกแท็กซี่ ขอบคุณมาก ยังช่วยเก็บกระเป๋าเดินทางของฉัน

A bit old, but nice hotel. Staff was really attentive and helpful. I was able to get an iron form the reception desk. There is no coffee/tea set in the rooms, but guests are offered free coffee and tea in the lobby which is also fine. Standard room size was above average. The only disadvantage was the smell coming from AC - this really needs to be cleaned and disinfected.

ที่นี่เป็นแค่ร้านอาหารธรรมดาๆ อาหารเช้าก็ธรรมดา น้ำผลไม้จืดไปหน่อย แต่มีอาหารให้เลือกหลากหลายพอใช้ได้ กลิ่นท่อระบายน้ำในล็อบบี้ค่อนข้างแรง และห้องพักแบบอพาร์ตเมนต์ก็ไม่ค่อยสะดวกสบายเท่าไหร่ โดยรวมแล้ว ถ้าคุณต้องนั่งรถโดยสารระยะไกล และสถานี MOST อยู่ใกล้ๆ แถมราคาก็ไม่แพงมาก ก็อาจจะน่าพิจารณา แต่ถ้าปัจจัยเหล่านี้ไม่ใช่ปัญหา ก็อาจจะมีตัวเลือกที่ดีกว่านี้

War nicht schlecht, aber 25€ pro Tag für einen 3kg Hund zu verlangen ist unverschämt. Habe in Hochwertigere Hotels bis jetzt nur 10- 15€ bezahlt pro Tag. Vielleicht sollte sich der Hotel Manager was überlegen für die Zukunft.
