It's a great hotel. The manager of the front office did a very warm welcome and preparation. The gym and the swimming pool and the supermarket downstairs are very convenient, thank you!!!!

ฉันเคยพักที่โรงแรมใกล้สนามบินหลายแห่ง และโรงแรมนี้ทำให้ฉันพึงพอใจมากที่สุด เครื่องนอนดูสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ นุ่มสบาย ใกล้สนามบินมาก โดยเฉพาะเวลาออกเดินทาง ไม่ต้องอ้อม ไปถึงได้ภายในไม่กี่นาที เมื่อเรามาถึงไม่มีป้ายรถรับส่ง โรงแรมจัดรถรับส่งแยกต่างหาก ซึ่งเป็นบริการที่ดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมตอบกลับอีเมลและโทรศัพท์อย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อนในประเทศแนะนำให้ใช้ WhatsApp +** **‑****‑**** ในการสื่อสาร

ห้องพักสะอาดและเรียบร้อยมาก พนักงานโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ที่ตั้งโรงแรมและที่จอดรถอยู่ใกล้แต่ผสมกับรถบรรทุก/โกดังขนาดกลาง ก่อนอื่นคุณอาจกังวลว่ารถบรรทุกเหล่านั้นจะทำให้รถของคุณเป็นรอย แต่โชคดีที่มันปลอดภัย

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

we were from the next hotel,but we checked out coz their rooms is terrible but luckily swissbel has room for us to check in on that same day. room is bigger than expected and it is so comfortable. they do provide airport transfer too!

น่าเสียดายที่นี่ไม่ใช่รีวิวที่ดี ก่อนอื่นห้องค่อนข้างล้าสมัยไม่มีสบู่ในห้องน้ําต้องใช้เจลอาบน้ําจากฝักบัวมีเตาไฟฟ้า แต่ไม่มีเครื่องใช้ไม่มีช้อนส้อม ไม่มีแม้แต่ช้อนสําหรับชงกาแฟ พื้นที่ครัวเปลือยเปล่าเลย ไม่รู้ทําไมถึงมีเตาครัว เครื่องปรับอากาศอ่อนแอมากรีโมททํางานได้ไม่ดีดังนั้นจึงไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนอุณหภูมิได้และกลางดึกเรารู้สึกว่าน้ําหยดจากหน่วยในห้องนอนเพราะอยู่เหนือเตียงดังนั้นเราต้องปิดและนอนหลับไม่สบายจริงๆ ไม่มีขนมปังสําหรับอาหารเช้าซึ่งค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังเพราะฉันไม่กินของหนักๆ เช่น แกงไก่และข้าวเป็นอาหารเช้า พนักงานดีแต่ดูบางครั้งก็ไม่เพียงพอ

Here's a polished English review you can post: I was quite disappointed with the quality of the towels during my stay. For a 4-star hotel, I expected clean, soft, and high-quality towels. Unfortunately, the towels provided were old, rough, and worn out, which did not reflect the standards of a hotel in this category. The overall stay was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, but details like the quality of the towels significantly affect the guest experience. I hope the management will consider replacing the towels and improving the quality of the room linens to better meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

nice hotel, very near to jakarta airport but a bit far from malls & restaurants. hotel should provide weighing scale at the lobby like most hotels in jakarta for hotel guests to weigh baggages before flying out. there was only one staff at the reception with so many hotel guests checking in and out, not so smart.

************* dalam 1,5 tahun terakhir September 24 s d Maret 26 sy udah 3x menginap disini. Sejujurnya fasilitas yg paling berkesan itu adalah penjemputan gratis Dr bandara walaupun pengantaran kembali ke bandara tidak gratis, namun unfortunately pengalaman menginap di akhir maret lalu sudah tidak free penjemputan bandara dg alasan katanya sekarang pemesanan online di ota tidak mendapatkan fasilitas free ini lg, hanya untuk yg pesen direct to hotel yg dpt. Sepertinya manajemen jg berubah, dulu resepsionis selalu dg pak hengky, saat ini resepsionis ada byk, mungkin mmg beda kepemilikan/manajemen jd aturan pun berubah.. next time sepertinya saya akan pertimbangkan hotel lain, walaupun ambient hotel ini sangat nyaman serasa di Bali Dan adem dg kebun indoor di tengah hotelnya

seruu si kalo nginep di situ, nyaman, lokasi strategis, harga terjangkau, ukuran kamar cocok untuk berdua.
