The hotel was great they gave me a free meal in the premium lounge and upgraded my room. Great service, awesome pool and gym, also enjoyed the poolside bar.

ใช้บริการรถไฟฟ้าสกายเทรน หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ กาลายัง (Kalayang) ในการเดินทางระหว่างอาคารผู้โดยสาร เมื่อถึงทางออก T3 ฝั่งขาออกภายในประเทศ ให้ขึ้นบันไดเลื่อนที่อยู่สุดทางขวาจากชั้น L2 ไปยังชั้น L1 เลี้ยวขวาที่ชั้น L1 ตามป้ายบอกทางไปโรงแรม คุณจะเห็นร้านอาหาร A&W อยู่ทางด้านขวามือใกล้ทางเข้าโรงแรม รถไฟฟ้าสกายเทรนใช้เวลา 7 นาทีระหว่างอาคารผู้โดยสารทั้งสองฝั่ง รวมทั้งรถไฟด่วนไปยังตัวเมืองด้วย ทำเลที่ตั้งเหมาะมากสำหรับเที่ยวบินเช้าตรู่หรือเที่ยวบินต่อเครื่อง เช็คอินรวดเร็ว อาหารเช้าดี โรงแรมใช้ระบบ iPad ในการแสดงบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ และยังใช้เป็นระบบโทรศัพท์และส่งข้อความสำหรับบริการรูมเซอร์วิสระหว่างแผนกต้อนรับ ร้านอาหาร และห้องพักด้วย

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Lovely stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

น่าเสียดายที่นี่ไม่ใช่รีวิวที่ดี ก่อนอื่นห้องค่อนข้างล้าสมัยไม่มีสบู่ในห้องน้ําต้องใช้เจลอาบน้ําจากฝักบัวมีเตาไฟฟ้า แต่ไม่มีเครื่องใช้ไม่มีช้อนส้อม ไม่มีแม้แต่ช้อนสําหรับชงกาแฟ พื้นที่ครัวเปลือยเปล่าเลย ไม่รู้ทําไมถึงมีเตาครัว เครื่องปรับอากาศอ่อนแอมากรีโมททํางานได้ไม่ดีดังนั้นจึงไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนอุณหภูมิได้และกลางดึกเรารู้สึกว่าน้ําหยดจากหน่วยในห้องนอนเพราะอยู่เหนือเตียงดังนั้นเราต้องปิดและนอนหลับไม่สบายจริงๆ ไม่มีขนมปังสําหรับอาหารเช้าซึ่งค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังเพราะฉันไม่กินของหนักๆ เช่น แกงไก่และข้าวเป็นอาหารเช้า พนักงานดีแต่ดูบางครั้งก็ไม่เพียงพอ

Respon layanan agak lambat ketika komplain listrik mati mungkin dikarenakan staff Barata banyak yang baru,untuk kebersihan lumayan dengan harga yang terjangkau,lokasi strategis dekat dengan bandara international Soekarno-Hatta,fasilitas wifi bagus ketika mendapat kamar yang ada router nya,makanan di Cafe cukup enak untuk lidah orang indonesia,Next untuk liburan liburan saya selanjutnya saya akan tetap memilih menginap di Barata Home Aeropolis 😊😊
