駅の目の前でめっちゃ綺麗！ 特急列車が停まるのでどこにでも行きやすいです 南口は工事してて若干出にくかったのと横断歩道が北寄りにあるので北口から向かっても良さそう

We booked a Deluxe Room, which was actually the lowest category of rooms in this hotel. As a result, we got a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not nice at all. I checked and found that on each floor, only two rooms do not face the beautiful square — which was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

เดินทางสะดวก ที่จอดรถสะดวก! อาหารเช้าเพียบ! บริการ หน้ายิ้มแย้ม ทัศนคติดี! ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรถยนต์ขนาดเล็กและรถบัสขนาดใหญ่ มันสะดวกสำหรับฉัน ที่สำคัญราคาก็ไม่แพง จะจองที่นี่ในครั้งต่อไปแน่นอน!

Ich habe die Reservierung zweimal bezahlt. Sie verlangten eine Kreditkarte. Nach der Zahlungsbestätigung schrieben sie mir, dass ich im Hotel bezahlen müsse. Sie sagten mir jedoch, dass ich mein Geld innerhalb weniger Tage zurückerhalten würde. Das Hotel ist schön, aber der Kühlschrank ist laut.
