The hotel was a perfect base to explore San Juan. Friendly, welcoming staff. Close enough without being in the busiest parts of the city. Super quiet neighbourhood at night.

the staff at Nest are true professionals!
they made us feel safe and welcomed. they let us park in a secured, monitored lot, complimentary!
the staff couldnt have been more helpful with additional towels and sundries.
Complimentary breakfast wasa an unexpected surprise.
this hotel is a great deal and is only a 15 minute uber ride to old san Juan!

I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. The hotel was so cool!! The small and big details made the hotel even better, our room was nice, bathroom was very big!! The room was just enough for two people

The area is a very rough neighborhood. Most of the people there are very friendly & kind. Had a problem once or twice getting an Uber to pick me up as some drivers set the area up as “no pick” especially early morning or evening.
The hotel itself was great and as advertised.

Hotel was nice, area around is ok during the day but at night I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were nice and friendly and metro train is not too far which makes transportation convenient.

The staff was great and friendly, very helpful. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. The only thing that was a minor problem was low water pressure. Highly recommended

The staff was very attentive to any needs, they were very helpful with recommendations for food and things to do in the area. Always with a smile and greeted you everytime you passed by the front desk.

The staff and personnel were great. The place was clean. decent sized room , sink microwave fridge The area was definitely sketchy very dark, hard to find parking at times.
