The hotel was amazing and you only had to cross one street to be directly at the beach’s entrance. The breakfast selection was a bit lacking (think cereal, oatmeal, and muffins) but was sufficient enough to fuel the day. The floor of my room was very grainy with sand but that’s to be expected as a beach hotel. Housekeeping was excellent about providing requested sheets, towels and toilet paper in a timely manner. One inconvenience that feels worth mentioning is that their was only one easily accessible plug close to appliances so we could not have the fridge, microwave and tv plugged in at once, however this was not a problem in other trip-goers rooms so perhaps this is just a single room problem. There are a few of outdoor seating spaces that provided a great relaxation spot. The photos below are some of the photos taken of the view from the hotels staircase. The pool was a great escape and a great place to bring kids when the beach is not possible. This hotel was also extremely understanding and accommodating for a child with limited movement ability. If you are not looking for anything too fancy but a decent place to stay while in Gulf Shores, this is definitely a spot that I would recommend.

It was a nice place but we had issues with the internet all week and the air conditioner. The view was good and the pool was nice.

I was grateful the pool was back in service the day I checked in on 27 May 2022, but the hotel was undergoing major maintenance and only one elevator was functional for the entire building. The cleaning crew was inadequate for the number of guests, so the three days I was with my family, no cleaning service was provided. I had to ask to replace towels. The clerks at the service desks always responded to my requests but seemed annoyed anytime I asked for anything. The food for breakfast was good but no juice was available for the entire 3 day stay. There is no place to eat breakfast in the breakfast area and the room had no table to eat meals off. My family had to eat over the bed which did not work out so well.

I have never stayed here before in all my years of coming to gulf shores/orange beach. I loved my room and will be booking again!

Hotel is very convenient to area attractions. Large refrigerator for familes. Comfortable bed.

I think this is an okay choice for a little beach getaway. The rooms are just your basic room for you to sleep in after going about your day. Stayed here to wait out the storm that was coming after my trip from Florida. Staff was friendly and room was clean, but don’t expect anything fancy. I can see this still being a good option if you’re just out there for the beach and not intending to spend that much time at the hotel other than resting for the night.

Overall stay was good. Staff really nice and helpful. Investors need to invest some of the profit into the building in upgrades.

This was a clean hotel with a walk to the public beach of just across the street. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was continental with a lot of selections but not hot breakfast. The pool looked really cool extended out on the roof, but we didn't use it.

Brandy was excellent as well as the nice lady on the night shift and other young lady- Their names I can not remember at this moment. Good price, great location, clean and friendly staff!

My 17 year old and I have been staying here every year for over 10 years. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We always enjoy our stay.

A PARKING TICKET FOR PARKING ON YOUR LOT, IN A STALL WHILE BEING A PAYING GUEST??? REALLY?????? Stayed overnight on Nov 27, reservation under my name and I paid. Just this weekend my friend that drove and stayed in the room received a parking ticket from parking on the property, in a parking spot. His license plate was THE plate given while filling out the paperwork to stay because HE DROVE BOTH OF US DOWN FROM ILLINOIS. What?????? Can someone explain this to me????? Don't think for one minute that we don't intend to fight this! As for the room, the first one I was given, when bathroom door was shut, it would not open! They changed our room. Woke the next morning and when I went to get my shower THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. I was given a key to a third room to go get a shower and guess what? No hot water in there either. The hot water heater was down. Our checkout time was extended since we had to now wait for the maintenance man to come, repair the hot water heater and then allow time for the water to get hot enough to take a shower. I was not going to complain about it but this parking ticket changed ALL that!!! I do not recommend this hotel!

We love this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's very clean and easy on the pocketbook.
