When you arrive in this venue you are transported in the time, the venue fabricated in wood and with more than 1.000 different sized windows offers a great service and good quality of dishes. Rooms are grateful designed, conformable. The location of the hotel is first line fjord, so you enjoy a great picture of the midnight sun, surrounded by nature. Attention and love to detail is the brand of the venue.

We had a nice retreat at Brekkestranda Fjordhotell. The room was nice, with a spectacular view and the bed was marvellous. The bathroom might need to be upgraded slightly. Me and my girlfriend was very disappointed with the missing jacuzzi. The dinner was a complete mess. Not worth the money. Disappointing breakfast as well. Overall OK experience. Might be better during summertime.

This hotel is one of a kind. "Everything" seems to be asymetrical and the level of details in the hotel is incredible. The room we had was clean, but it could have been better (no cleaning under the beds for example). Also I would have liked to see more food options at dinner and breakfast, but the food itself was excelent. The staff was service minded and very friendly. The location is unbeatable...simply amazing!

The hotel is a unique experience. Situated by the fiord and very special architecture and building materials. Fits completely into the surroundings. Warm welcome to the hotel by nice staff ! Breakfast good, but dinner was very simple at a high price ! One piece of fried salmon with some boiled carrots and small (hard) potato wedges at a cost of almost NOK 300 ! Very bad experience compared to the hotel itself. The meatballs fall in the same category - with an exception for the cranberries . Please make better food - we are not expecting any Michelin star food, but it should at least be comparable to some home cooked meal. Otherwise the extremely special hotel experience will fast be forgotten !

Wonderful hotel with a real cozy charm .
We slept really goid in the perfectly soft bed , even though the wind was blowing like crazy outside .
I will come back here for shure in the sommer , this is as quiet as it gets ... the vieuw is amazing when there is no fog .
The staff was kind and polite .
We really feelt special on our stay here .
We also were the only gests and god the mist perfect breakfast bufee all to ourself 👌
