Hotel Aimarawa

I was eagerly looking forward to staying with my family of over 20 people at this hotel, but unfortunately, the hotel has made it incredibly challenging for international travelers to pay via credit cards issued outside of Colombia. Despite my best efforts to work with the hotel and reaching out to PlacetoPay and PayU platforms directly, the hotel refused to follow the guidelines provided by those platforms. It's unacceptable that making a reservation of over 8,000 US dollars is so complicated. This level of poor business management and horrible customer service is enough to make me question the quality of their service once we arrive.

Not worth the price. The cheapest room is around usd 400… with this price and for this particular area in Colombia, you’d expect not only beautiful facilities but most importantly, outstanding service! Food was 10/10 but service was awful. 1. The jacuzzi didn’t work. They called maintenance but still didnt work 2. The phone to call reception was not charged 3. They have these nice cabanas by the sea and next to them a ceviche and drinks cart, but no one offers you anything to drink 4. Drinks take a quite while to get to you (even ready made like Beer) 5. I was overcharged at the time of check-out and the guy at reception was very stubborn even when I was explaining I had already paid via ******* 6. At check out no one helps you with your luggage

The hotel is beautiful, specially the amazing location and spotless facilities. The staff was always smiling and trying to please you in any matter. We stayed in a suit and it was almost perfect (the jacuzzy didn't heated very well). The restaurant is superb, the breakfast is delightful as well as the other plates on the menu. It has an incredible view from the pool, and many relaxing spots like the sand area near the bar, the beach and the kiosks by the sea. I rated it 4 stars because the check in wasn't that good. They are very strict regarding the 3 p.m check in time, the information regarding the hotel facilities and amenities was poor (we found out there was a gym the last day of our stay) and they don't give you any info about plans outside the hotel. Anyhow it's a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend it.

Es un paraíso espectacular! El alojamiento es bastante cómodo, la comida deliciosa y el servicio excelente Solo vi una oportunidad de mejora que es la musica en las carpas. Resulta que hay musica en una playa contigua y además hay música del hotel, entonces deben prohibir poner musica en cada una de las cabañas que dan hacia el mar ya que se pierde totalmente la calma

Lastima, fuimos 6 parejas, todos soñamos con tener una habitación con vista al mar, pero a 2 parejas nos ubicaron detras de todos lo Bungalows y no fué lo que nos vendieron y por eso pagamos la tarifa de US 400 x noche, pero te venden una vista panorámica segun la Sra. Karime, administradora del Hotel, la cual no existe, es la parte trasera del otro Bungalow...lo peor, no se interesaron en resolver nuestra inconformidad .... que decepción...

atención pésima, la recepción un caos, la habitación sin aire acondicionado. Muy bonita construcción pero terrible administración. Ponen problema por todo, no solucionan las necesidades de los huésped

Excelente, creo podría decir muchas cosas, pero me quedaría corto describiendo el lugar y el servicio. Costoso pero el precio vale cada peso que se paga. No hay que viajar fuera del país para estar en un lugar tan espectacular. Seguro hay cosas por mejorar.
