อาจเป็นประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่แย่ที่สุดในปีที่ผ่านมา ตอนที่ฉันเช็คอินตอนกลางคืน ทางเข้าโรงแรมเต็มไปด้วยคนเร่ร่อนเร่ร่อนเรี่ยไรลูกค้า... เมื่อไปถึงห้องก็ไม่มี Wi-Fi และโทรศัพท์ก็เสีย เลยติดต่อแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมไม่ได้ หลังจากค้นหาเบอร์โทรศัพท์แล้วจึงติดต่อโรงแรมแจ้งว่าน่าจะได้ตอนตี 3 แต่ตื่นมาวันรุ่งขึ้นก็ยังพังอยู่ ผมได้ทานอาหารพื้นเมืองกวางเจาเป็นอาหารเช้า ห่อเกี๊ยวกุ้ง แห้งมากจนกัดไม่ได้เลย ปรุงรสบางๆ ทำให้ขม ซาลาเปาสับปะรดไม่มีกลิ่นเลย ไม่แนะนำให้มาพักที่นี่จริงๆ.. .

The serviced apartment was underwhelming, for the price and brand, I expected it to live up to other 5 star places, but the room smelt a bit off and the a few of the amenities were partially broken.
Overall it was fine, just expected a bit more from a 5 star establishment

Smoke smell in three bedrooms apartment and not clean enough ， cannot check in at 3pm and we need to wait for 50mins

四千六百多一晚上，連續住了兩晚，床品都不跟換、房間衞生做的也很一般，最重要的是服務太差了，前台服務也很差，沒有服務，有個站着的禮賓衹負責站着，住店的時候看我們提那麼多行李就眼睜睜的看着不幫忙，箱子都不幫忙推一下，離店的時候也一樣，我一個孕婦，也不幫忙推一下箱子，還是衹負責站着，更別説幫忙提箱子上車了，眼睜睜的看着你提不動箱子然後無動於衷的站着，還好打的專車司機幫我提箱子，四千多一晚上就是這樣的服務，也是無語到家了，這是我住過的酒店服務最差最差無敵差的

選擇酒店公寓，是因為近來出差很喜歡這種居家感覺，面積較大的酒店。
相比W酒店，公寓酒店實在讓人失望，對不起W的牌子。
W酒店的前台人員很熱情，因為不瞭解公寓在哪裡，很主動帶我過去對面樓。
進去了，讓人失望，一個小得不像5星的前台，前台人員差點走了，差點都辦不了入住，前台的工服連4星酒店都不如，可能審美不同吧，深深感覺跟W酒店完全不是一個level ，更像員工宿舍一樣。
入住了，房間的房號特別難識別出，黑體，位置又低，不好找。
連基本茶包都沒有，還要下樓問前台要。
冰箱空盪盪，那麼貴的房價，連幾瓶凍飲和小零食都沒有，傲慢如此。
洗漱台小得讓我覺得這是一家5星配置的？？
前台工作人員的接待態度冰冷冷，我也不知道公寓酒店是不是有另一套培訓體系，完全不入流。
房間格局是挺不錯，床很舒服，沙發也很不錯，地毯乾淨，赤腳走很舒服。
最後一句建議，作為本地服務，別對外國人那麼熱情，做好本地服務，再不行，學學隔壁W酒店也行。

先説優點，位置很好，出門步行距離商場便利店都有，去哪裡都很方便。客廳很大，樓層高，隔着整幅落地窗看夜景很不錯。三室一廳一家人住在一起，互相照應比較方便。公寓價格比在隔壁W酒店訂三間房略低一些。
再説缺點，看着W的招牌才訂的，入住後發現設施和服務跟酒店還是有差距的。主卧衞生間一直反下水道的味道，很難聞。三個卧室都是大床房，衹有三條被子。我們住五大一小，並沒有超人數，但問前台加被子卻被告知衹能免費加一條。
