I had a truly relaxing stay at this onsen hotel, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The entire property carries a tropical Thailand-inspired atmosphere, which immediately sets the tone for a rejuvenating getaway. Onsens: With more than 20 different onsens available, I was pleasantly surprised that they weren’t as crowded as I had imagined. In fact, I found myself spending more time in the public onsens than in the private villa onsen, simply because the variety and ambiance were so enjoyable. Breakfast: The breakfast spread offered a good range of options, catering to different tastes. Transport: Initially, the golf cart service between the villas and hotel facilities felt limited, which was inconvenient upon arrival. However, once I raised the issue, the staff quickly addressed it. After that, the waiting time was generally less than 10 minutes, which is perfectly acceptable. Memorable Touch: The free photo shooting was the highlight of the trip and made it more memorable—not only in memory but beautifully captured in photo records. Overall, the combination of tropical design, extensive onsen choices, attentive staff, satisfying breakfast, and thoughtful extras made this stay truly special
