Check in was a nightmare. We sent a sales representative to the hotel and the reservation was paid by the director of the company.
We had to talk by phone up to 3 times, send multiple whatsapps and copies of the card and personal information of the company`s director.

This is at the very top of hill. Using the gps to get to this location will not do good because does not work.
With un 7 minutes walk you can be at the downtown goi g down but to get back give your self at least 20 minutes and many rest stops.

Bait and switch. Booked the Lu dry room with the view instead they placed us in an inferior smaller room without the view. Front desk was super nice but didn’t solve anything. They asked for extra cash if we wanted the room in the photos.

I didn't like the smell of the bathroom it smells a lot like sewage even with the door closed
in the Bathroom and water not to hot. I like the staff in Reception.

The hotel was a short distance from the center of Guanajuato. Only complaint I can have is having to wait for the shower to have warm water and running out pretty quick. Besides that, the hotel had a great view and any questions I had the receptionist would have an answer. The room was cute and clean.

This property is hidden away in some very very narrow and steep cobblestone alleys so only small cars can make it up there. Getting in and out with a car is also inconvenient because guests have to pile in to fit in their parking lot. We had a beautiful view from our room and they have a patio where you can equally enjoy a stunning view of the city, Pipila, Teatro, Churches and the music from the Centro during the night. We were within walking dinstance from El Pipila but didn't try it because we booked a full tour that took us. The price was right for the quality of the hotel. I might be ok with coming back here again now that I am aware of all pro's and con's I'll be able to adapt easier

Great view of the town and very spacious rooms. Not much right by the hotel but it is close to the city center just a short walk down some stairs. Overall great place for the price.
