It comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Room is spacious. The so-called 24/7 assistance phone line was unanswered 8 out of 10 times! The posted check in time is 1500 but the actual check in time was 1600. The extra 1 hour wait was hellidh in howling wind and pouring rain. No service to speak of, since the phone was unanswered.

The apar**ent boasts a fantastic location with stunning views and overall cleanliness. The bathroom was also well-maintained. However, the only issue I encountered was the challenge of gaining access to the apar**ent. The digital key code was not provided in the initial email, so I had to call the provided number, which resulted in a delay before obtaining it.

Room was spot on, check in process was simple, code was sent to me directly, punch the code into the door lock and in you go. Basic stocked kitchen if that's what you need. Location is good Lovely restaurant downstairs Couldn't fault it, don't know what the other reviews are moaning about, they're problem if they can't follow simple instructions. The building itself is spotless and quiet, genuinely couldn't fault the place.

We stayed at welcome Apar**ents Olafsvik for two nights during our ring road trip in Iceland recently. The place is spacious, simple and basic but sufficient for our needs.

Great location in centre of town. But the town is small.
Great restaurant just under the apar**ents.
Apar**ents were roomy and had all appliances required. Maid changed towels, teatowels and cloths every day.

Lovely spacious studio apar**ent, easily enough room for all 3 of us. Clean and has everything needed. It is a little dated and the only thing that lets it down is no lift to get suitcases upstairs.
Beware to other visitors that there is only one restaurant in town - but it is an excellent one!

Avoid at all costs staff are extremely rude and was under the influence of alcohol and smelt of it, if you have a young family then definitely not a place to stay, also extremely expensive for what it is.
