Overall the stay is comfortable, clean, and satisfactory..albeit slightly pretentious. There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. There are some things I wish I knew before staying here. Parking is a challenge; there are a few on street parking options that the hotel controls, but if those are full, you don’t have many other options. I actually parked in the lot down in the Ceramic Qtr. (5 min walk up a hill…not good with luggage and terrible if it rains). Breakfast is good, but limited. You choose one of three options the night before and it is served. It is not buffet style.

The hotel is in a beautiful remodeled 17 century building. The room was very nice but the AC was not yet working. Great bathroom and good internet. The problem was it is in restricted area for cars and even taxis would no come to the hotel s door. Not a good place if you have lots of luggage to drag up the cobblestone roads. Although the web sites says restaurant open it is not. The hotel lies in the center of a Labyrinth. The staff could have more helpful but maps were not available.

La spa è incantevole, pulita e molto ordinata, e la musica di sottofondo crea un clima di armonia e relax. Anna Maria, che mi ha accolta già al mio arrivo e mi ha seguita per tutto il percorso, è stata superlativa: gentile, cordiale ed estremamente brava a donare relax attraverso i suoi massaggi. Prenotato un pacchetto come regalo per l'anniversario. Posto bellissimo e personale super gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente non appena ne avremo modo; riesce a dare subito la sensazione di relax, musica in sottofondo e luci soffuse. Consigliatissimo!

La spa offre un’esperienza straordinaria di relax, le stanze da sogno sono arredate con eleganza superlativa, e il personale si distingue per gentilezza e competenza. Le stanze di questo hotel sono impeccabili. Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati colpiti dalla freschezza e dalla pulizia che traspare. Ogni angolo della stanza sembra essere stato sottoposto a una pulizia approfondita. Il pavimento è immacolato, gli arredi brillano, e persino gli angoli più remoti sono privi di polvere.Un soggiorno che supera ogni aspettativa, regalando momenti indimenticabili di puro benessere.

La struttura è molto bella e le camere sono veramente di ottimo livello, con finiture e accorgimenti ricercati. Il personale all'accoglienza è molto gentile e disponibile, lo stesso vale per il personale della sala colazione. A mio avviso è da rivedere la modalità di scelta della collezione, passando a quella tradizionale a buffet.
