The receptionists were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean. However, the place needs major updating. We booked in total 5 rooms and in each room the heating/air-conditioning units were very noisy. The bed frames were squeaky. The towels were worn and almost torn. In one of the rooms there was a huge bubble on the ceiling due to some water damage.

Bed was on a metal platform that moved a bit when getting on and off bed. I DID not care for this, but matress comfy

I loved the staff and our room was great. Only problem is that the people on each side of our room were extremely loud and it constantly smelled of **** and cigarettes

Only real complaint is the beds are very hard not conducive for a good sleep.

This hotel location is perfect if you have a reservation on the Cross Island Ferry. Short drive from the hotel to the ferry terminal and both are easy to find. Still waiting for my room receipts. The staff at check-in assured me the receipts would be emailed and verified my email address. Need the receipts to submit my travel voucher.

Very clean hotel. And very quiet. No issues. Stayed on a Saturday night. Fresh coffee in the morning and easy check in and check out.
