Great hotel. Clean, big rooms.In a fantastic locstion. Near a brilliant long beach. Lovely pool areas. Delicious food. Really attentive staff.

I love the close proximity to malls, restaurants, club, grocery store, bank all in walking distance and the beach a shuttle away. The breakfast was delicious. Taxi is available. I dislike the fact there's no microwave ...but you can ask the kitchen to warm up the food. The staff was very friendly.

For a first stay, it was very welcoming. The buffet breakfast was great each morning. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to the main public road and close proximity to the shopping centers. A bit out dated but nothing a little paint and cosmetics works can't fix

Everyone in and around the property are always very nice, respectful and go out of their way to assist you and make sure you are satisfied. I fell in love with St. Lucia from my first visit. This is my 4th visit to the island and my 2nd staying at Bay Gardens. God willing there will be many more visits to this beautiful island staying at Bay Gardens.

The hotel is nice, staff friendly. We was not able to get a late check out even though the hotel was not full.
The only complaint was the breakfast was not very good
