Lovely apartments in the very centre of Groningen. My flat had a little terrasse with a table and chairs overlooking a canal. Very clean, lovely eclectic decoration, very comfortable. People at reception were very helpful and be bee breakfast served next door was excellent. I recommend without hesitation

Since the hotel is really in the inner town, it is a bit noisy at nights. Plus, there was no air condition, so we tried to sleep with open windows, thus heard the party people go by. However, the location is perfect. Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff!

We were not aware that there was no elevator and only a steap staicase, which was inconvenient considering our heavy luggage. Our double room was too small for two people with three large suitcases. On arrival, the hosts acknowledged that the room was very room, but other than polite contrition, they didn't make any effort to compensate for this inconvenience in more concrete terms. The breakfast was not good value for money: a comprably narrow range of options. The staff apprentice who served us was very kind and considerate, but not up to the job (yet) to the job. All things considered, despite the noticeable efforts on the part of the hosts to make us feel welcome and happy, I wouldn't consider this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! We are extra grateful for the free upgrade. Thank you! Our room was large and nice. The breakfast was basic but ok. I would definetely stay in this hotel again.

A nicely furnished with a full kitchenette room was very clean and fresh. It's located in 300 meters from the Grand Markt and other popular places. View to the channel is great. At sunny day you can sit next to it and get some refreshments. I enjoyed my stay with a family there.
