酒店就在格勒諾布爾火車站西側，火車站出站可以直接走過去，幾分鐘就能走到。房間窗外可以看到山，很有意思。

Clean, well furnished hotel 1 mnt from grenoble train and bus station they have a luggage room for free the check in was really easy and fast the stuff was really helpful and professional i would of course recommend this hotel For anyone who have a quick visit to grenoble otherwise the apart will be the best option for long stay

Let's start with the good; reception staff were friendly and helpful ( especially the lovely Rasha), location across from the train station was good and the cost was fairly reasonable. I'm guessing this hotel was built for the 1968 Olympics and has not been updated since. Felt very Eastern European cold war. Hard to find an outlet, let alone USB. Drab, dingy, outdated. Shower was cold, towels were practically threadbare. Bed has seen better days. Breakfast was understaffed. Had to cook your own eggs, squeeze your own juice and to help the harried staff we bussed our own dishes. We were next to the stairwell and could smell cigarettes when someone smoked there. Otherwise we smelled food from the restaurant and could hear lots of other guests. Dinner in the restaurant was pretty good. After walking around Grenoble maybe this is as good as it gets!

decent, basic, excellent response, sheltered garage, extrordinary staff, off area, a town transmogrified, the Novotel hard to read option, a town that is torn like King John. We had no breakfast, our travelling was swift

We booked a room here for one night. The day before our arrival we received an email telling; -the Hotel is closed but we can enter remotely by calling a telephone number???? The message is kong telling also that breakfast is served Sunday morning /however further down: -no breakfast -lunch or dinner is being served from Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th July . Absolutely no info Why the do this ???? So we cancelled of course and found an open Hotel 😳

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is ideally situated for the station & old town is walkable. The hotel is modern, clean & provide an excellent breakfast. The staff made us feel very welcome & nothin was too much trouble for them to help us - definite recommendation

The whole checkin procedure was a nigh**are. Granted i was arriving after check in times, but the hotel was aware it was going to be after. I was to phone a telephone number and the door would be opened to let me in. It took over 40 minites to get through which at 1 o clock in the morning and being up since 6 dtiving 6 hours a flight and bus of 2 hours was not acceptable. The next day when checking out i didnt see anyone other than a pile of envelopes with guests names. So it felt a bit vaccant. If doing virtual check in a system with a QR code would be far better than phoning and no response
