Loved the size and layout and fact didn't feel crowded.
I didn't like that the lift was out on the 11th and no sign was put up to say use another lift. Had to walk up 4 flight of stairs with elderly relatives. Also tv was out the entire stay and all though I told the desk no one came to look af it.

The staff was courteous and respectful. The environment was very clean. The entertainment was superb. I would highly recommend the RUI.

Loved the beach and activities. Shows and drinks were good. Good value for Caribbean stay.
No restaurants open between 10:30-12 and 4-6. Food at restaurants was mediocre. Beach lounge chairs, bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable.

The food was really bad. ******* service system was even worse. You guys failed to provide transportation even though it was included as the free amenities provided to us. This resort is also very boring. If you’re a young adult and want to party, stay elsewhere.

Riu is nice for a quick getaway. The staff moves like a unit & loves each other like family. They’re beyond helpful
Entertainment was good, drinks were amazing, restaurants were good and buffets were decent.
Overall I enjoyed my stay

Good value, but a very loud resort. A lot of partying and drinking. The staff had too put up with a lot.

Everything was good. Didn’t have my room cleaned for about 2-3 days. Place is really far from the airport so when you leave the resort, the taxi prices are insanely high. Biggest downfall was no shuttle service to airport provided by resort.
