SSaintaugiedoggieMy family has been Marriott members for decades. For brief stays the Fairfield brand suits our needs well, and THIS hotel blew us away. This FAIRFIELD is a GEM! From the excellent welcome at the front desk to the helpfulness of all the staff, immaculate rooms (thanks Celest and colleagues) with complimentary snacks and the AMAZING ”complimentary breakfast bar” that surpassed ANY I have ever experienced, this place rocks. I saw the breakfast attendent (Avayana sp?) actually testing the temperature of the food in the serving domes with a thermometer....INCLUDING THE BISCUITS!! Never saw that anywhere before. Fresh eggs, CRISP bacon, hot grits, waffles....no mystery items or hockey puck eggs. And the offerings were different than those of the prior day. Wonderful complimentary snack area in the lobby included fresh popcorn, chips, cookies, sodas, bottled water and even RICE KRISPIE TREATS THE SIZE OF MY HAND! Our family flew in for a memorial service so this was a difficult time for us, but this Fairfield was a comforting spot. With Ruby Tuesday and Duncan Donuts across the parking lot, what more could you want. Thank you to everyone at this Fairfield.
Hi folks, Wanted to send a little recognition note to John and the staff at the Four Points! John personally went above and beyond to help our family deal with some logistics we had to manage during our stay last week during the soccer playoffs. John contacted us off hours and was available via mobile when we had any queries. It was a tremendous help & calmed a few nerves for us. To top it off, of course, our daughter managed to leave behind her AirPods in the room and didn’t realize until late in the day. Your staff recovered the AirPods and had them safe and sound in the lost and found bucket with our room number and date of stay labeled with them. I hope people say thank you enough. I’m not sure they do. But these little experiences are memories and John and team made them positive. Our son is attending HPU now and we’ll be recommending your hotel and these little experiences to anyone who asks. John and team, THANK YOU. Mark
