Convenient, nice and helpful front desk staff.

The rooms were clean the staff was nice i felt comfertable

I was told there was a pool, I had 3 kids and no pool when I called customer service they said there was nothing I could do that the hotel was not going to refund my $ and they were going to charge me 10.25 for cancellation but the front desk guy said he couldn’t cancel that the manager had to do that and they weren’t available so basically I ended up losing 235.10 and ended up going to another location that had the pool I even bought the insurance to protect my reservation so I’m done with ******* the man at ******* when I called didn’t even know anything about anything, so unprofessional and not educated at all

Pet friendly for us is a must! It is unusual there was no TV channel list or WiFi info. Instructions in room also for heat & a/c, we definitely had ours set too hot.

The hotel was fine. Beds were pretty comfortable but the TV sound didnt work very well and the walls are paper thin. You could hear people talking in the rooms around you and you heard every time someone in the room above or around flushed or used the faucet. We also heard every step the person in the room above us took. However, it is in a prime location and its affordable. Anything you might need such as food, shopping or coffee are all pretty much right there.

The bathroom was very dirty. The tub has not been clean ring around the tub. Half bottle of travel lotion still left in bathroom. The breakfast bar had no napkins during rush hour. Said they ran out. The man gave us paper towels instead. He was kind and helpful.I expected more for the price i paid.

The toilet wasn't installed properly and made loud noise and moved around alot.

Stayed for the weekend for the Packers game. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and under 5 miles to Lambeau Field. A little dated but good for the price. Would stay again.

Fine for a Packers football weekend. Close to the stadium, reasonably cheep Uber ride to the game.
