Americas Best Value Inn-Greeley/Evans

The only good thing about this property was clean sheets. Other wise - holes in the floor - no heat or air bathroom not clean.

I will tell anyone who is ever thinking of booking a room at this motel, do not stay here. We had never been to Greeley before and I was searching for a place to stay for my friend and me because my husband was in UCHealth Hospital in Greeley. We knew nothing about the area of town. I looked at the photos of the inside and outside of the motel that were depicted on the website. From the appearance of the photos, it appeared to be a nice, clean place in which to stay. When we got to our rooms, my friend’s a/c did not work. This was in late July 2023 and it was hot that night. They could not transfer my friend to another room because they claimed they had no other rooms available. When I pulled the sheets back on my bed in my room, I could see the mattress pad was filthy. I took several photos which are attached. The mattress pad was filthy! Also, the photos on their website are probably photos from 20 to 25 years ago. The photos are nothing like the way the motel looks today. The photos also show the pool as having beautiful blue water. There is no water in the pool and it appears there has not been water in the pool for many years. This motel is nothing more than a deceptive marketing practice. Also, if you don’t mind being around a bunch of panhandlers and vagrants, stay here because they are everywhere in the motel.

We picked this place since it had decent reviews (7 out 10) and we were going to arrive late and leave early. Basically, it looks like they house the homeless population in Greeley. In fact, they lady behind us was thanking somebody for helping her get a room. There were people sitting on chairs outside their rooms late into the night and people hanging out in the parking lot. The room was gross - stains on the sheets, holes in the shower - (great water pressure though). If we weren't two guys over 6.5, I would have been worried. The Breakfast was nothing but four Top Ramon cups. When we checked out they ask for us to wait until the maid service could inspect the room which was over an hour away. The reviews must be writing by employees. The Motel is a 1 out of 10.

I would not stay here again. They have people living at this hotel with their dogs. The police are frequent visitors. It was run down and needs extensive maintenance. I could hardly close my door because it was so out of alignment. There was a gap that I could see the sunshine through. Not a happy camper for the price i paid.

The hotel room was clean but very worn and terrible noisy with Highway noise. Still waiting for the refund of the $60 hotel deposit and it’s been 9 days since the stay.

The gal at the front desk was amazing. Same with val this morning. Everyone is so friendly. Even had a little friend on the bed. Picture included. Made my bad day a bit better.

I will never stay at this property again.

There seemed to be some loud people

Fast checking, did not know they 'hold' $60 deposit and you need to check out in person to get $60 back. Cracks and openings in the wooden floor, dangerous to walk on bare feet. Bathroom lots of black around the tub, mold? A/C works perfect very noisy, noisy hotel you can hear very person walk around, taking the stairs and lost off traffic noise
