WoodSpring Suites Rochester Greece

This hotel was new, so it’s VERY clean! I enjoyed everything about this hotel (and my husband would tell you, I’m not easy to please haha) There isn’t too much in the immediate vicinity due to being in an industrial park area, but right down the road are businesses and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!

Woodspring Suites was a perfect place for me--reasonable price, clean, quiet enough even on a Saturday night, easy parking, spacious room with desk, comfortable chair and a fantastically comfortable bed. It has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, sink. Just be aware that the kitchen has no silverware, plates, cups, or cooking implements, so bring your own.

Is that safe no one on duty at night the housekeeper the front desk it took us an hour to get into the hotel because nobody was at the door and I wish I can get my money back. Thank you and have a good day.

Loved the hotel the area everything but check in and check out staff had terrible terrible attitudes.

This is a brand new hotel, so its still very clean. Pet friendly. Our first room had hair in the bathroom, shower curtain, floor it was a lot, the door lock didnt work correctly from the outside, couldnt get in the room from outside the room. The dead bolt had the door open when we first arrived. There was a fire suppression can, above the stove that does say not to use under a microwave, which it is being used under a microwave. There is a full kitchenette, but there are no utensils, cups, cookware, they are available for sale at the front desk, we went to family dollar. Manager and most staff we very friendly, took care of everything pretty quickly, moved us into a clean room, pretty pleasant stay afterwards.

It was affordable, good parking. Comfortable beds & pillows. My room could have been cleaner definitely.

The room was setup for an extended stay: kitchenet with stove, sink, microwave, and refrigerator, cabinets, etc. But there were no pot, pans, tableware, utensils, and so on. The bed was extremely firm. The room had lots of storage. Furniture and decor is very clean and modern. There are no restaurants or other shopping in walking distance from this hotel.

When you have booked a 2 night stay and are notified 5 hours before check in that they don't have YOUR accommodations BUT you can have a different room but only for one night... pretty sure you need to work on a few things. Thumbs down and a grade of F for this property. May need to reevaluate your claim of HOSPITALITY.

I really wish I could give this place more than two stars but It was not a pleasant stay and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The two stars are 1) for the staff who were so nice, all three of the ladies we met including the manager and a lovely woman who lives on sight to help keep things from getting too out of hand. The second star is because it was clean & spacious. We had first floor handicap accessible room that was easy to get around in. Now for the things that weren’t great. The walls are paper thin and you can heard people snoring next to you, the loud music and tvs, and the people who were crude and yelling at each other in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. If you expect anything more than one bar of soap, mouthwash and a super thin wash cloth and towel you would be disappointed. I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner incase I don’t like theirs but here it wasn’t an option. That is just cheap on the part of WoodSprings. Also what’s the point of a suite and kitchenette if there isn’t anything to cook on the cooktop with. We did use the fridge and microwave both of which worked . There was no place to hang dress clothes … so you don't think disabled people wear dress pants, nice shirts, or dresses that they would like to hang up. I did make this suggestion and there is a corner between the wall and shelf system that could accommodate this. The manager was very nice and thought this was a good suggestion and wrote it down.
