Newmarket

Premier inn is my usual choice as I rarely have a bad experience. Id had a particular hard day at work and was looking forward to getting to my room and staying there until the morning. Following my very cheerful check in Sandra completely changed my mindset by welcoming me and her manner just cheered me up straight away. Check in was faultless. Thanks Sandra I enjoyed a glass of wine and nice meal after all. The rest of my stay was also good. Room clean and spacious.

Dermot served us, 7 of us breakfast was served all correct. Table clean. Self serving coffee toast etc very nice clean helpful ready for a chat if wanted, need to book as at times can get busy, If I could change one thing the roaster takes ages. But every thing else great I will go back.

Stayed at the hotel whilst visiting family and friends for few days. Only stayed at the hotel to get good night sleep but were out in a day. The room was nice and spacious however the key cards were not working and had to get them re-activated every day (the lights wouldn't work neither without an active key card). The lift wasn't working which was a major problem with a toddler in a pushchair. Couldn't get through barrier free entrance without working key and reception were not responding to the bell. Had to carry the toddler and the pushchair up and down the stairs every day (to the hotel and to the room too)!

Accommodations were very nice. Particularly noteworthy was the genuine hospitality and professionalism displayed by Dermot, Mgmt (dining). Atmosphere/ambiance of our breakfast dining experience was truly outstanding!! Dermot made us feel extremely welcomed upon our arrival. A true professional/ a keeper. Deserving of recognition!!

Bar shut at 10.00. Accessible room good, ramp to get in and out great, not good for dropping off. Parking near by was good.

Found noise from rooms above really disturbing as it was meant to be a relaxing break and just 5am when we were woken for the day. 2nd time this has happened at this hotel. Basically, hotel floors need sound proofing. However.. breakfast was lovely! Great welcoming staff and the hottest, freshest breakfast I have had for a very long time. Even if u stay elsewhere, the breakfast is worth coming for.

arrived with company 5 rooms booked room was only ready if £10 charge paid. unfortunately we had to pay £10 for one of the rooms to enable people to freshen up after a 4.5 hr drive. even at 2:59 a charge applied think this is harsh... also the rooms were only cleaned and as we were staying 3 nights i would at least expect clean towels daily also you should be asked on arrival if you require room cleaned.

Dreadful service throughout the hotel. Service in restaurant particularly bad and slow. Too many staff gossiping in corridors or smoking outside.

Very comfortable for an overnight stopover on the way to North Norfolk. Arrived in time to find a designated parking space in the carpark opposite. Waited half an hour in the lobby to check in as we arrived early and were reluctant to pay an extra £10 to get into our room. Had booked a Premier Plus and it was very well appointed and comfortable. Ate at the Italian restaurant Mangiare almost next door which was fine. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on Premier Inn restaurant. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Pleasant stay.
