it was good, clean and big room, clean washrooms. Breakfast could be more better.

Great place to stay. Operated by very nice, friendly people. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of food options within walking distance.

Property was conveniently located near shopping plazas for food and shopping. Only several minutes from downtown Bracebridge. Need a little touch up maintenance around the property.

A well run family business . Close to heart of town & easy drive to local attractions. Friendly,helpful owners. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and our room was cleaned and tidied every day! Nice to come back after a long day to a clean room. Owners and staff were very friendly. Continental Breakfast had lots to choose from. Would definately stay here again!

When I first drove in the place did not look that good; just an ordinary, small ***** older motel. The check in was quick but while person was not rude they just checked you in without even a smile and that was it. Our room was big and clean with a separate kitchen, and a good sized bathroom. Tv worked and a couch to sit on with 2 double beds. The breakfast was a basic continental style you took back to your room but there was an outdoor patio for warmer days.Checkout was also quick and quiet. They grabbed the key and that was it. All in all it is a very good value for a budget motel stay. One thing bothered me though and that was a sign in the kitchen that stated if you did not clean up your dishes there would be a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR PENALTY. While I can understand their position, even the worst mess could be cleaned up in half an hour and 200 dollars would be an exhorbitant charge for a forgotten dish or cup. I suggest the sign be more polite and friendly and state MAY charge UP TO 100 dollars if the kitchen and dishes are not clean. That would be fair.

Everything was perfect. Great location, close to everything you need (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, etc). Very friendly staff, good breakfast, close enough to Santa’s Village Park and they have an excellent a**osphere.
