Très bien service et chambre propre. en plus le parking était moin cher comparé aux autres hôtels.

2x mussten wir trotz beim check in eingelesener badge zum Empfang, damit wir unser Zi öffnen konnten. Hotel Parkhaus mit 12 Franken/N reichlich teuer. Demgegenüber war das Frühstück mit 12 Fr. rel. günstig und gut. Bei budget Hotel-Buchung muss Service und Stimmung einer Jugendherberge halt akzeptiert werden.

Al entrar a la habitación estaba sucia y con objetos que no eran míos. El cuarto de baño a medio limpiar.
Avise en recepción, repusieron el papel higiénico pero el suelo continuó sucio.
Solicite hablar con el responsable y me dijeron que no era posible, que estaba de vacaciones.
No les importo mi queja.
Me sorprende que pase esto en suiza!

Great staff! Comfortable room, great shower but on the smaller size at the ibis budget. Perhaps book at the ibis across the street for a bit more room. A bit bummed when I realise I had to pay for parking, everything in Switzerland does costs something no matter if you are staying close to the city centre or farther out.

Room was clean and perfectly adequate. It was a bit small with limited counter/desk space for personal items. Bed was extremely hard.

Ibis‘ slogan on the room key is „Lets get in“. Well for us it was - LETS GET OUT. Smelly room. Bedding / towels smelled as well - like cigarette odor. The room was equipped with air conditioning, but guest have no control over it and the system was turned off. We were told to wait - the temperature will drop later in the evening. When we arrived it was 86 degrees F. One and only time at Ibis Bugdet. You what get what you pay for I suppose …

Stayed here, expensive parking, rooms extremely basic, was bitten several times during the night, so unsure how clean the mattress etc were. Location was easy, that’s about the best I can say for it.
